This luxurious & modern 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home has everything you could need! Each mattress is a memory foam, for maximum comfort. Private pool & spa, outdoor firepit, and outdoor dining. Living room has a 75" TV with multiple streaming apps, for cozy nights in!

Bedroom 1 - Master, queen bed with attached bathroom (walk in shower)
Bedroom 2 - 2 queen beds (with Jack and Jill bathroom)

Bedroom 4 - 4 queen beds with attached bathroom (walk in shower and tub)


Guests have access to home and backyard with pool.

-Smart lock door code for entry
- Heating the pool is available with a 3 day notice, for $600
-This is a residential neighborhood, so please limit amount of cars.
-All needed basic cooking ware and dining ware, and silverware provided.
-Salt & pepper provided and a small olive oil.
-Fresh sheets & towels provided.
-Fresh coffee, creamer, and sweetener provided.
-Washer and Dryer available. Laundry detergent provided for on-site laundry.
-Toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and cleaning supplies provided.

*Furnishings and amenities will be furnished as described whenever possible. In the event that an item is damaged/broken/lost the Host will restock as soon as possible. All items in description/pictures are not guaranteed*

*Please note this is not a party house. Nuisance noise & neighborhood disturbance will not be tolerated*
