The beach-entry pool is the center of the outdoor space — a gradual entry that works for every age, surrounded by a fully fenced yard that gives families and pets room to move. A hammock is in the yard for the afternoon. Both a gas grill and a charcoal grill are available poolside for cookouts. This is the kind of backyard that keeps guests home from the beach more than they planned.

Two paddleboards are included with the stay — take them to Robinson Preserve, 10 minutes away, where the mangrove trails are best explored on the water. It's the only listing in the portfolio that comes with paddleboards ready to go.

Inside, the split-plan layout gives everyone their own space. The master bedroom has a king bed. The second and third guest rooms each have a queen bed. The living room pull-out sofa handles two more guests — sleeping eight total across a home with two separate living rooms. The wood-burning fireplace is a genuine comfort on Florida's cooler evenings. The fully equipped kitchen handles full meals for eight. In-unit washer and dryer included.

Palma Sola is a mainland Bradenton home — not on the island, but well-positioned for guests who want the AMI experience without the island pricing. Bradenton Beach is a 15-minute drive. Robinson Preserve is 10 minutes. Sarasota Airport is 20 minutes. University Town Center Mall is 30 minutes.
