This beautiful townhome is located a 10 minute walk to the beach, and much quicker using the 4 free Adult Bicycles included for free!

This unit has been tastefully updated with flat screen TV's in the living room and every bedroom. The living room features a sofa and matching love seat set, with a large coffee table all of which feels warm and inviting. The kitchen features an eat in breakfast bar, with barstool seating. It has all new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and new cabinets throughout. The first floor bedroom features a King bed, large dresser, flat screen tv, closet, and a full bath just outside the bedroom door.

The Downstairs master features a King bed and hallway bath. Upstairs the first bedroom features a Queen size bed, a wall mounted flat screen tv, a large dresser, full closet, and en suite bath with granite countertops. The 2nd upstairs bedroom is a kid's paradise, featuring twin bunk beds, and 2 twin trundle beds as well. This bedroom also includes an attached bath, large dresser, and flat screen TV with Blu Ray player for the kids.

This unit also includes 4 free Adult Bicycles from South Beach Cycles, which are left at the unit for your enjoyment, and 4 Backpack Style Beach Chairs

Located in the beautiful South Forest Beach area of Hilton Head Island, just a short bike ride to both the beach and to the world famous Coligny Plaza, come stay with us in our piece of paradise.

* Please note, the pools in this community are open from April through October.

Great Vaca!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our week at HHI and found 80 Ocean Breeze to be the perfect amount of space for six adults and our two dogs. Pros to our stay: Reasonable cost for a 3 bedroom, 3 bath, pet friendly condo, Quality new flooring throughout- no carpet, newer washer and dryer, a/c and appliances worked great, Island Rentals was professional, accessible and organized, clean enough we felt comfortable relaxing in the space, beds were comfortable.Cons: This is the second time we have stayed in the Ocean Breeze community and noticed the landscaping and general upkeep of common areas and some of the units had deteriorated since our last visit in 2020, the bathrooms in the unit are clean and functional but showing wear and slightly dated, the patio furniture is very old and the back patio was dirty, the master bedroom on the first floor was right at the edge of the parking lot and noisy, the comforters/bed coverings were stained upon our arrival and not usable but we bring our own blankets, the cleaning crew was not done cleaning the unit until 45 minutes past our check in time, kitchen pans have lids but missing some saucepans, outdoor grill was dirty from previous guest.Overall, 80 Ocean Breeze is a comfortable value for the cost and size and pet friendly and only 16 minute walk to the beach!

Good location

Quiet and great location. Not as clean as we like and the beds weren’t that great. The place needs some updates. Overall it was good due to the location and we could take our two dogs.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the condo. It was perfect for our family of 6. The included bikes were amazing. The location was perfect, just a quick bike ride to the plaza, and a 5 minute bike ride to Alder Lane Beach entrance. The washer/dryer in the unit was a plus with so many kids. My kids loved the bunk room. Just a couple of things that future renters need to be aware of. The master shower is extremely small, and very little storage. Also all the closets had storage in them and made them unusable. On the surface it looks clean, but there were dust bunnies everywhere and the dishes in the cabinets were dirty. We had to wash them all upon arrival.

Just as described

This was a great rental for my family. Great location. They were very responsive to my questions! The furnishings were clean and a lot of thought was put into the details that made the stay comfortable. Free use bikes and chairs made packing less cumbersome. It just fell a little short of full 5 for cleanliness because I really hate seeing hair on the bathroom floors. Overall, I would return to this unit!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were able to walk the dog to the beach and Coligny daily. Had a problem with a leaky washing machine that sabotaged our stay. Can’t blame the owners or management. Very tightly packed parking lot. King bed is located near the parking lot. You are definitely paying for the location and not much else.

Really enjoyed the large kitchen, bicycles and pool that was very close by. The walk to the beach was a bit longer than expected as there is no direct route to take, due to other properties with fences, alligator ponds etc. 15/20 minute walk depending on route. There is parking right next to the nearby beach access and the bikes are a quick way to get to the beach as there is a nice, mostly shaded bike path on the wet side of the property that goes to the Alder Lane Beach Access

Beach trip 2023

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay and loved how close we were to the beach. The bikes were definitely one of our favorite parts. The condo was beautiful and we had an issue with the garage disposal and it was handled within 12 hours so great maintenance results. However the cleaning was a bit spotty, we killed/seen about 8-10 roaches (could be a complex issue rather than a single unit issue) and while cleaning up to leave found a dress under the bed that didn’t belong to us. The king size bed down stairs needs to be replaced or have a mattress topper put on it because we chose to sleep on the couch 3 of the 5 nights because the bed was so uncomfortable. Other than that we loved our stay and definitely plan on coming back to Hilton Head!!

Quick Response but disappointed!

We were very happy to be able to check in early! The response time was wonderful with all of our concerns. Our frustrations were with the cleaning done after the previous guest, there was dog hair stuck to the walls, dust bunnies/dog hair clumps behind doors. The storm door was stuck so we had to exit through the back door. Maintenance was quick to arrive, removed the handle and then we had no handle all week. Good thing was we didn’t get locked in after that! The bikes were great to be included but we were missing 2 and had to wait for those to arrive from the bike company. The property was pretty accurate according to the pictures but we will not stay here again.

Spacious Condo in Great Location, but...

In June we stayed at this condo. The condo itself is very spacious, providing ample room for relaxation and comfort. Kitchen had all posible utensils you may need. TV had all possible subscriptions. The location is also fantastic (10 mins to the beach, restaurants, stores). A significant drawback was the persistent urine smell in the sitting area (coach)downstairs. We stayed in other pets friendly places, but it wasn’t pleasant to be around the coach area. Also handle on the storm door is broken and was difficult to open. We would rent this condo again if these two issues would be fixed.

Nice place- close to beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is nice with hardwoods throughout and some updating. Unit has bright feel with colors. Couch size is great but needs replacing, cushions are hard because owner put plywood under them to re-support. Now it’s too hard or too soft if you pull the board out (management is aware). Not fun for a rainy day. Air conditioning is excellent- very efficient- especially for a beach rental! Bikes come from rental place so in great condition and not worn out. Primary bed is firm, foam mattress, not my fave. It isn’t an end unit so there is a fair amount of neighbor noise, but not overwhelming. Kitchen is well stocked and multiple coffee brewer options (kcup or drip). Manager is very responsive to any questions and quick to take care of something if needed.

Hilton Head

It was very clean and a very good location. Close to the bch and many sidewalks for riding bikes. The local people were friendly which is always a plus. Dogs were allowed but it did not smell like a dog place. It had a very spacious kitchen and living/dinning room area. We would stay there again.

Nice place

Walk to beach was lengthy and not simple. No way to rinse off sand before entering rental . One of the bikes did not unlock with the code provided. I fixed the storm door so it would latch and cleaned the filthy plugged vacuum cleaner. We liked the in unit laundry .

Comfortable, convenient and clean

Wonderful stay. Everything was provided: linens, dishes, tvs in each room and 4 bikes was wonderful. Location was convenient to drive or a short bike ride. Enjoyed our stay and definitely would recommend to friends.

80 Ocean Breeze Stay

We had a good time. My kids were bummed as listing stated there was a community pool. However, we didn’t find out until we walked to it that it was closed until April 1, the day of our departure. There were also a few kitchen gadgets that we missed but otherwise we enjoyed our stay and the proximity to the beach and coligny shopping center.
