Inside was good. Kitchen, bedrooms and baths were good. Kitchen looks to be recently updated. Living room furniture was tired but fine. The front porch and stairs to get into the house are in tough shape. Mildew and looking like they should be replaced. Outdoor space around pool is not all that inviting this time of year. Always in the shade and just looked neglected. Property manager and team were great to deal with when we needed them. Responsive, friendly and accommodating to our schedule. Beach access Is excellent and the beach is awesome. Enjoyed our 4 week stay.

My family greatly enjoyed our stay. The beach walk was reasonable, the house was clean and well-suited to our group size, and best of all, we got to bring our 10-pound chiweenie! A lovely time in a lovely place. Thank you for making it possible!

Enjoyable Experience

My family and I had a great experience! The property managers (The Vacation Company) was very responsive and helpful! Short walk to the beach and quick drive to shopping/restaurants. Dog friendly which is a plus for us! Would recommend!

Easy Access Beach & Park

It's easy to get around. House has plenty of space and a private pool, which was great for our family. Everyone was able to have their own bedroom and spread out.

Better than we hoped for!

The location of the house was perfect for us (dad, daughter, and dog) and we enjoyed our stay- we will be back!We were a bit thrown by the (somewhat inaccurate) check-in instructions, but the management could not have been more kind and responsive. With the exception of an iron, we had everything we needed, and the processes to extend our stay and check out were seamless.

We has a great time. The closeness of the beach to the property was a pleasant surprise. Even the 4 year old didn’t mind the walk. The pool was perfect to give the littles something to do at the house. Thanks for sharing your home!

Great Birthday Stay

We had a great time staying at this property for a few days for a birthday week. We were 8 adults with 1 dog and we all fit comfortably. The house was clean, the Wi-Fi was fast and the kitchen was greatly equipped. The bikes left at the property were also a great addition to the vacation. There is a 10 min walk to the beach going through the park. Thank you for the great stay.

Positive Experience

We had a great trip with our two golden boys Brodie and Cooper. We are very familiar with Hilton head and love this area. The walk to the beach is very doable. We had our own cart to pull everything. The beach facility had areas to rinse off and we bathed our dogs there too. The fenced in yard was a huge factor with our dogs. We closed off the upstairs since that space wasnt necessary for us. We appreciate the host allowing us to stay at their home with our dogs. The Vacation Co were very helpful when called. We would come back without question.

Clean Comfortable and Convenient

The home was very clean and comfortable with a well-appointed kitchen. We had one problem with a TV in the main living room. The property management company was quick to respond and delivered a new TV within a few hours! The home is conveniently located mid island. It was a short drive or bike ride to shopping, restaurants and sight seeing. We especially enjoyed the proximity to the nearby parks and beaches. Due to the weather in January and February, we weren't able to enjoy the pool or lovely fenced in yard.

Family Vacation

The house was as seen on the ad. We had plenty of room for our family. The bikes were a great plus to have. The drawback with the backyard was when it rained we couldnt enjoy it becauce of the water buildup. It needs some sort of drainage. It was a little more of a walk to the beach than we expected so when we went we packed most everything we needed for the day.

Wonderful time had by all!!

The property was perfect!! Everything we needed. The beach chairs and bikes were great!! We could ride to Shelter Cove for food and ice cream, no problem!!! Also discovered the hidden ice cream gem at the Exxon!!! Much shorter ride. The beach was much more crowded than expected, but last time we were at this location it was November 😬. Much different, but still enjoyable. Thank you for allowing our family to gather together, dogs included! Oh and the doggie goodie bag was very sweet, they thoroughly enjoyed their treats!

Week of March 23rd

Property was very clean. The combination locks did not work when we arrived. The swimming pool pump is inside the garage and ran constantly. It can be heard throughout the house, needless to say it was somewhat a nuisance. The property does need some upgrades.

Cute place close to the beach

Place was overall clean but we noticed some grungy dirt on remote controls and bedding needed replaced. The property management was awesome at addressing issues promptly and cheerfully. Although the Wi-Fi worked fine, the tv cable was very very slow. It was super nice easy walk to the beach and we liked the little park nearby. It was easy to get to stores etc. However, this northern end of Hilton head doesn’t have the wooden vibe of the mid area and southern area that we stayed in previously. The bikes were great but bike path up here isn’t all woodsy and shaded. We enjoyed having our pups, they loved the beach, and the little dipping pool was wonderful after a hot day on the beach. House overall very nice and comfortable for our family of four.

Beach Thanksgiving

Needed a home for the family(6in all) We were walking distance to the beach. The house had plenty of room for all of us. A short drive to great restaurants and shopping.

The property was nice and pretty much as expected. Further to the beach than expected. Upstairs heat pump did not work. Need more Trash receptacles for a 4 bdr house. The garage door lock code did not work so the pool service had been unable to service the pool and it was dirty. Overall this is a good property and accomodated our group very well.
