ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- While the property has a step-free entry with a queen sleeper sofa on the 1st floor, stairs are required to access the bedroom and full bathroom located on the 2nd floor. This area may be difficult for guests with limited mobility
- The property slopes down to the river with no fence; therefore, this property may not be suitable for children. Please use caution when accessing the kayaks and water
- The homeowner and their dog live on-site, in a completely separate unit approximately 40 feet away, and will be present during your stay. The dog is allowed to roam freely on the property. Guests with pet allergies or a fear of dogs may want to take this into consideration
- This cottage is not directly on the water. The main house is situated between this cottage and the river
- Firewood is not provided for the fire pit, but can be purchased nearby at Merchant's or Dollar General
