It has a patio screened deckoutside furniture and a gas barbecue grill where you can sip your morning coffee and enjoy the sunrise. This Villa includes everything but you and your guest. You will find that this community is a quiet, peaceful, friendly and relaxing place to be with a short drive to the beach on South Padre Island. Entertainment amenities are cable, Flat Screen TV with WiFi throughout the home. It has central air conditioning, central heating, in unit laundry machines, parking and much more. High Quality Ring video doorbell at the front door entrance and inside the garage .

This Casita has an open living area that has plenty of space and seating for family or group gathering. This living room has a flat screen TV for group gathering or to sit around and watch family movies.
The master bedroom has a King bed with flat screen TV for nighttime viewing. and comes with a full bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has twin beds and a full bathroom in the hallway

The South Padre Island Golf Club has a beautiful Golf Course, a driving range, Pro Shop, 2 heated pools( one pool is located by the club house and the 2nd pool is located in the community), a tennis court, a wonderful restaurant than is open from 8 am to 8 pm and a fitness room for your pleasure. You can take a quick stroll to the shared amenities at the South Padre Island Golf Course Club and enjoy a meal or happy hour at the restaurant. The community has a 24 hour gated security.

The perfect home!

The house was perfect for our little family. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed to have breakfast and meals. The screened in porch with the birds made my coffee even better! The only thing we didn’t enjoy was the dog hair in the home and we don’t have a dog. Other than that the home was clean and they even left us laundry detergent to wash our clothes. It was a perfect place to stay. We’d return for sure!
