This beautifully remodeled (and Pet-Friendly) one bedroom plus alcove, one bathroom condo is perfect for a family with kids. Featuring mountain modern dƩcor, a private washer and dryer, cozy pellet-burning stove, and a fully equipped kitchen, deck opening out to a shady grass area, this gem is not one to be missed. Located in the quiet Snowcreek complex, you are just a short walk away from the Mammoth Creek park with kids playground, grassy area with picnic tables, and of course Mammoth Creek ideal spot for kids to fish, run free, and enjoy the great outdoors. The master bedroom features a King bed with flatscreen TV, while the alcove has a Twin bunkbed set. The bathroom with shower/tub combo and separate vanity/sink area for all to share. From the dining area that seats 4, this unit has an open deck with gas BBQ grill. A fully stocked kitchen and additional bar seating for 4 making preparing family meals a breeze. Cozy up and enjoy the warmth from the pellet stove in the living room and watch the flatscreen TV, with a full sleeper sofa for additional sleeping accommodations. There is even a desk nook if you need to get some remote work or school done. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This condo sleeps up to 4 people, comes with 2 outdoor parking spaces, pets allowed, and no smoking. It is a ground floor entrance with 1 step to access. Guests will be provided two parking passes. We stayed here for my sonā€™s hockey weekend in Mammoth and absolutely loved it! The place was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described ā€” which is always such a relief when youā€™re traveling as a family. I have to give extra points for the *amazing* number of hooks by the front door ā€” finally a spot where all the jackets, gear, and dog leashes can hang without piling up!Being on the bottom floor was a total win with our two dogs ā€” so easy to take them in and out for walks. The kids (8 & 10) were so excited for the bunk beds, but the top bunk railing was a little low, so they ended up crashing on the pull-out sofa instead ā€” super comfy and worked perfectly. (If youā€™re traveling with littles, maybe pack a portable bed rail just in case!)Only tiny note ā€” the hot water doesnā€™t stay hot for long, but we just spaced out showers and it was no big deal.Overall, this spot was perfect for our hockey family getaway ā€” clean, comfy, dog-friendly, and in a great location. Weā€™d definitely stay here again!

Perfect winter getaway

The property is in great shape. Super clean and exactly as advertised. Short drive to the slopes, the village, and tamarack. My only complaint- single ply toilet paper!

Cozy in Snowcreek

This spot worked out perfect for our needs. Location was great and the Snowcreek amenities were a huge plus. Not the biggest property, but suited us just fine. Only downside was the noise from upstairs but everything else was perfect.

Good location, right next to the bus

Condo is updated and location is great, right next to the free bus. The layout is nice making it very spacious for a small condo. Utensils in the kitchen are disgusting and overly used. We had to go buy some new ones from the grocery store. Other than that, not bad.

This unit was perfect for a couple but noticed that it had a pull out couch for additional people. However that would be really tights. Parking in this units area is very small you really had to flight for spaces. Conveniently located.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros: locations is great! Surrounded by tress, saw deer and a baby cub strolling through property. Itā€™s nice size for two people, kitchen was well stocked, bedroom bed was big and nice firm mattress. Bathroom was small but nicely remodeled, great shower.Cons: the biggest con is the couch! Itā€™s so uncomfortable, the seat cushions donā€™t stay in place so constantly have to adjust them. Folded out bed is a joke. We never really Sat comfortably in the living room! They need a new couch and arranged differently. The back step is very steep (looks like a step is missing), so hard for older people to step down and up from it.We loved the condo on a whole but wonā€™t stay there again because of the couch. Get a new comfortable sitting arrangement and weā€™ll be back for sure!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spent the weekend after a series of huge winter storms. Never seen so much snow; piles so high that it covered the street signs. Condo was clean. Walk ways were swept but not completely so ground was slippery even with snow boots. Wife and kids fell a few times. Of note there were an absurd amount of dog feces left by irresponsible pet owners. Overall great condo, great customer service and just a fun time sans the dog poop.

Reviewer Comments: Leaving thru the sliding glass door no legal step from the landing. Beige Blanket on the bed was filthy. The place according to you was not pet friendly but Iā€™ll tell you we left the condo cleaner than we arrived. Shade in bedroom didnā€™t fit the window. Curtain covering the slider was also filthy. We left 3 days early because my 96 year old Aunt fell and hit her head and was taken to desert regional ER. Why you charged us extra for our cat was so unmentionable... not our mistake. Weā€™ve been renting at Snowcreek for years but we will definitely think twice for next year.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I usually like Snowcreek properties, but I have this one on my do not stay list. Nicely remodeled but too many things wrong for a comfortable stay. When we arrived, I wanted to open the slider to air out the condo and the screen door (which is inside the glass door) fell off the tracks and could not be replaced. We had arrived on Friday evening at 5:10 pm so office was closed and we could only leave a message. Next there is a white flokati rug under the coffee table and it was so dirty I was uncomfortable our whole stay. The kitchen was the worst stocked place I have rented. No knives other than some steak knives and no cutting board available. Several of the cooking tools available had missing or broken handles. There needs to be a step stool since the glassware is on the top shelf of open shelving over the bar and was inaccessible unless you were over 6" tall. There were no cleaning supplies whatsoever or even a broom. I'm glad we didn't rent for a longer stay.

Brand new but not perfect

Loved the design and layout (once we rotated the couch to face TV & fireplace). Everything is brand new and clean. Perfectly warm with electric heat. Pellet stove was convenient. Easy check-in and out. First floor, easy access. Mattress in bedroom was very firm and was not comfortable to me. Couch was also very firm and not particularly comfortable. Cooking & baking supplies were limited. Many sauce pans but no baking trays or casserole dishes. No liquid measuring cup. Scoop measuring cups were in metric (milliliters) which was a bit awkward (but a plus for international travelers). Knives were dull. For a 5 night stay, it would be nice if they provided more than 1 pot worth of coffee. When we ran out of wood pellets the management company was not clear with us. Took over 5 hours and multiple calls to get them to bring some over during business hours on a Thursday. Contrary to other reviewer, condo does have basic cable. The roku tv was a hassle to get working, as you need a roku account (free) to get any of the other apps to work (like netflix, amazon, hulu etc.) Took me a while to figure out that was the issue. No instructions were provided for the TV. Pellet stove is gravity fed, but they don't feed well when not full, you need to push them down by hand. Would have been nice to know that since the fire kept going out.
