This place is very spacious and great if you have multiple families staying together. It was clean and our kids really enjoyed the pool. It could use a little care for small fix ups (broken shades, broken handles, or legs on nightstands, small holes in the wall, remotes need batteries, etc). But overall, it met our needs. My only suggestion would be to include some more basic items in the kitchen, (mixing bowls, measuring cups, reusable Tupperware, etc.). Thanks for letting us stay!

Our family had a wonderful time. The house was large and well furnished and the heated pool was fantastic. There are big screened tvs in almost every room. All eleven of us had a most enjoyable time.

Our family just truly loved this vacation home! There were 13 of us having a post-Thanksgiving weekend with plenty of room to spread out. The kids enjoyed the games that were made available and us adults enjoyed the cozy atmosphere. Can't wait to visit again in the summer and bring our boat!. Thanks for hosting such a lovely home.

We thoroughly enjoy staying at this property! Everything was exactly as pictured and absolutely gorgeous! We especially loved the pool and the bonus area upstairs. Great location, next door to Publix with decent restaurants nearby. We had a few questions and the Evolve team was quick to respond. Check in and check out was seamless. Good stay

The place was big for our group of 12 people. Open concept kitchen and the fire place outside was very nice. Couple suggestion would be to update the photos of the listing and replace the “king bed” on the second floor with actual king bed because when we stayed there it was two beds pulled together. The house could have been more prepared for our big group but the manager responded to my call quickly and provided us with the requested items.

A great house

Had a great stay! Lived in the pool! It was very warm! House was clean, and had everything we needed. Description doesn't say anything about a washer and dryer, so we packed with that in mind. Come to find out there is one there so bonus! Just needs to be added to description. The house really was beautiful and in a great neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing property & fantastic hospitality

Such an AMAZING property and management company!!! The home and ease of everything was wonderful! Everything was well supplied and great location. Pool was warm on chillier nights and refreshing during the day. Dwayne from the management company was responsive and helpful. There were 2 times we needed assistance with simple matters (couldnt find a plug, etc). He was on top of it and kind. FYI...the owner's suite jaccuzzi tub had the temp labels reversed (may hv been adjusted after our stay). That was the only issue we came across, which speaks to how AMAZING of a property this is.
