Utilities included: Phone (except long distance calls), high speed internet, electricity, gas, water (purified water from special tap), all linens and towels, free laundry facilities available on site. Maid service not included, but is available.
No pets; non smoking unit.
Other amenities: heated pool, hot tub, exercise room, library, work shop, games and entertainment facilities.
Walking distance to main shopping center and many restaurants.
All rentals are minimum 4 weeks unless special circumstances. Multiple months are available.
