Exceptional Beachfront Living - Milord Sunsets

Experience all that luxury beach living has to offer at Milord Sunsets. Located on Barbados' coveted West Coast in Fitts Village, this newly-renovated villa includes modern amenities with a relaxed feel. From the moment you step foot in the entrance, views of the sparkling sea and soft ocean breezes invite you to stop, slow down, and enjoy.

Each of the three bedrooms opens up to views of the Caribbean Sea with their own en-suite bathroom, air conditioner, ceiling fan, and flat-screen television. The main floor bedroom opens onto the terrace whereas the two upper bedrooms share a covered patio with comfortable seating to relax and view the spectacular sunsets. On this level, there is a bonus room that can be used as an additional lounging/sleeping area.
The main living space includes an additional full bathroom, open-concept kitchen and dry bar, air-conditioned dining area, and comfortable living room with a flat-screen TV and plenty of books to keep your company. The kitchen includes a new stainless-steel refrigerator and dishwasher as well as a five-burner gas stove. The bar area contains a generous wine/beverage fridge. The outside terrace invites you to dine al fresco at the covered table, sunbathe on one of six loungers, or cool off in the plunge pool. Walk along the tranquil beach and swim in the turquoise water just outside your gate, water shoes recommended. The villa also includes private parking which can accommodate one car.

Included in your stay is a housekeeper/cook who will prepare delicious breakfasts and lunches six days a week. Ingredients for these meals will be at the guests' expense. If you do decide to leave this little slice of heaven, there are numerous dining options, many within walking distance, as well as a grocery store. Barbados' West Coast offers up some of the finest dining you will find across the globe! Many other activities such as scuba diving, golf, horseback riding and surfing are just a short drive away.

Great house and great location. Keyshia is wonderful. Helped us with Everything we needed. The house was perfect for us. 6 adults and we all loved the house. Fully equipped kitchen. Right on a beautiful beach. We saw turtles and so much more. We loved Barbados so much. Do not eat at Bikini Beach, worst food on the island and sooo expensive. Beautiful place just crap food.

We had the best time at Milord Sunsets soaking in the sunsets, sound of the waves, and beachfront living. The road is a bit busy but honestly you're truly in your own slice of paradise out back. Kaysha was amazing helping us out with local information and things to do. Her meals were delicious and she's just a joy to have around. Milord - the kitty - is the sweetest boy and if we could trust our dog not to eat him we'd have brought him home in a heartbeat. Having a pet to hang out with outside at a rental wasn't on my must have list but was a pleasant surprise. Would definitely come back and enjoy the house and Barbados again.

Perfect Holiday

Our group of 6 had a great time at Milord Sunsets. The accommodations were perfect, so happy to find it as beautiful as photos suggest. We loved the beach access and plunge pool. Spending a lot of time outside and enjoying meals on the covered patio. Kaysha is a gem, she spoiled us with great meals. We look forward to coming back again!

This house is PERFECT! It looks just like the pictures, and it exceeded our expectations! It was beautiful, clean, cozy, and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Kaysha (the housekeeper) was super sweet, accommodating, knowledgeable, and HER COOKING WAS THE BEST FOOD WE HAD ON THE ISLAND! Don't walk, RUN to book this house (actually don't book it so we can go back lol)!

We had a truly wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home thanks to Keysha's warm hospitality. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable—her cooking was absolutely amazing and made each day feel like a treat. The home was clean, well-kept, and had everything we needed. One of the highlights was the easy access to the beach. It was just a short walk away, and we loved starting our mornings with coffee by the sea. Spring Break 2025

We had a wonderful stay at Milord Sunsets! KaySha is a wonderful cook and housekeeper. It was a true blessing to have her around everyday. The house was perfect for our 4 kids (8, 12, 15, 15). The location was perfect - easy drive to Holetown for groceries and anything you need. Walking distance to small grocery Jordan’s. The house is fully stocked with everything you need. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.

Milord Sunsets was AMAZING! This was our 1st time not staying at an AI and I don't think we will visit another resort again. Location was fantastic, right on the beach with great snorkeling , plunge pool was great at night for enjoying the sounds of the ocean and relaxing. The pictures are accurate however actually being onsite was even better. We self catered and only had the housekeeper come on the 3rd day to change out the sheets ETC. Holetown is about 10 minutes north, easy to navigate to the grocery in our rental car. Quiet, private location perfect for unplugging from the world!

Nothing short of paradise

The villa is perfect. From the location, the privacy of the beach, the well appointed amenities, the staff etc etc. I would not hesitate to book again. We didn't want to come home.

The whole experience was top notch. The house is stunning with all the amenities you would ever need. Kaisha and Grace and June we so delightful that we miss them already. Just wish we could be back in that ocean with the warm waters and Kaishas chicken curry

Great Time

Everything was as advertised, location was amazing with the ocean literally right at the back doorstep. We were no more than 10 minutes from nice shopping and restaurants in Holetown. Andrea and Kaysha were both very responsive whenever anything came up.

There are many amazing things to say about this villa. The location was perfect, steps away from the beach and walking distance from a local market. We had the pleasure of having Kaysha as our housekeeper and she was the best! The selling point for me is having a perfect view of the sunset every night. We will be back!

Warm & Welcoming

The place is warm and welcoming, a perfect stay for a girls trip or a family get together. I love the idea of every room having a view of the beach as well as a bathroom in each bedroom. The pool size is more for relaxation and not for swimming. But all in all the property is breathtaking.

This home is even more beautiful than the photos. It was clean, well decorated, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. We used the paddle board and kayaks and saw fish, coral, and turtles within 10 yards of the shore outside the home. There were multiple security features that made the home feel secure, even though we never felt like safety was a concern during our stay. The host was very responsive and helpful. One thing to note, as I had never encountered this particular situation, that while the listing says "breakfast and lunch provided", they mean a delightful housekeeper/chef, but the guest is required to purchase the food. The company has grocery packages available for purchase or you can shop at a few local stores. Overall it was a lovely stay and great for a family with young kids.

Can't say enough great things! Kaysha the house manager and our lady majesty (local outdoor cat) were the cherries on top to our stay! Bring water shoes as you are on a reef. But walk 2 houses down to access sandy beaches. Makes for great lounging and even better snorkeling, we saw turtles everyday! Will definitely be back again!
