Wonderful multi-level, 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home with all King beds and a Queen sleeper sofa, conveniently located 5 min from Downtown Asheville.
​​​​​​​ Bring the family or group of friends to this comfortable home.
Close to the Blue Ridge Parkway, Downtown Asheville, Highlands Brewery, Shopping, and everything else Asheville has to offer.
Uber/Lyft friendly if needed and 2 car attached garage. **Please note: The driveway has a steep incline.**

Please note this home is in a residential neighborhood, please be respectful of neighbors and abide by the city’s noise ordinance of 10pm. Vehicles are not permitted to park on the street or on the paved area beside the driveway

Great location with hot tub

Well stocked unit with a great location. Unit needs some minor maintenance (loose deck board, cracked floor tile) but overall great stay.

Great find

Property was close to downtown as advertised so lots of food and drink choices nearby. Home was super clean and cozy as advertised. Grocery store and gas station very close too.

Clean Home- Rough driveway

We stayed here July 3–6 with our family (4 teens, a 6-year-old, my husband and myself). The house was clean, the king beds were super comfy and the neighborhood was peaceful with really nice neighbors. It was also close to stores, which made things super convenient.A few things to note: the driveway is very steep—our rental van scraped at the bottom upon arriving. There were carpenter ants in the kitchen and on the back porch,and the dishwasher didn’t work, so we had to wash everything by hand. The hot tub had way too much chlorine—our kids had trouble breathing when the jets were turned on. We also wished there were some board games or family-friendly stuff to do indoors. My husband was on edge that there were no secondary lock inside on the front door.Overall, it was a relaxing place in a great location, just needs a few fixes and small touches to make it even better.

Air Conditioner did not work. Grease ants all over the outside picnic table.

Air Conditioner did not work on the first day until the repairman came after diner. Inside temperature was over 80 and it took all night to slowly cool down. So the first night was a very unpleasant night sleeping. Then on the Second day the upstairs air conditioner did not work. Another sleepless night. Management did not make any accommodations, other than to say that a repairman was coming. Very dissatisfied, will not stay with TownsProperty again!
