Designed by one of Fijis most respected Architects, this one of a kind luxury villa features amazing views of the ocean and islands from every room in the house.

Fully air conditioned and sleeping up to 7 guests, all 3 bedrooms have private ensuite and balconies. Full kitchen with modern, brand new appliances.

Designed specifically as a holiday retreat, this home is a perfect place to relax and unwind with family and friends.
The space
Beautiful 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathroom, double garage, fully air conditioned, outdoor rock shower, million dollar views, infinity edge pool overlooking the ocean.

We can arrange private pickup and drop off at airports.

Daily housekeeping and cleaning included. (Monday to Friday)

Really beautiful villa with all mod cons. Loved the peace and quiet of our stay. Plenty of space for the 3 of us. If you’re looking for a place to ‘get away’ then this is it. The views are stunning, although it was rather breezy at times being on the top of the hill. Lovely resort down the hill to have lunch and a sea swim. Swimming in the pool at night was a treat.

Luxury in Paradise, 10/10!

This place is truly amazing, from the incredible views to the luxury villa, you will not regret staying here. Awesome private snorkeling just a short stroll to the bay. Short distance to Rakiraki markets to get all your supplies and meet the very friendly and helpful locals. Couple of restaurants close by make it convenient for lunch and dinner. If you want to get the true Fijian experience away from the packed resorts then I highly recommend staying here! Vinaka.

Amazing

The villa was amazing and breathtaking in all ways of spending time with love ones and family.. Host was very helpful and Jamie was really helpful... The villa was so beautiful and we really enjoyed our 2 nights stay.. Would recommend this for future stay...

Gorgeous house

This place is oversized and gorgeous. Well appointed. The master bedroom has a king sized bed with 2 lounge chairs that look out to the ocean. En suite bathroom has a huge tub, double vanity, separate rooms with doors for shower and for toilet and a locked door that lead to the outside shower. Individual rooms have a/c units for individual control. Odd things-no hand soap at any sink for washing hands, no paper towels or napkins. Perhaps those are not things to normally expect in Fiji? It is tropical, but I was shocked at the amount of bugs and spiders. Spiders the size of my hand! Was assured the are not poisonous, but still didn't like them. I killed no less than 50 bugs during our 3 night stay. Amazing view! Mere came to the house to give a massage on site. She did a fantastic job. You should ask for the pricing because Vrbo didn't allow me to put amounts, but it's different than what was quoted in the welcome book. Still well worth it! The road to get to the house is a bit treacherous, but take it slow and you'll do fine.

Lovely Villa and pool

A gorgeous, spacious and modern home with a great pool and amazing views. We had a lovely week hampered only by the construction next door. The road to the house and beach was very muddy so a 4 wheel drive vehicle would have been better for us than the station wagon we rented. Great diving with Joji and fishing with Dan and a curry meal by Premila.

Break from the tourist area

Our family stayed for 5 nights after a week at Denarau. The property is wonderful, spacious, clean and well-equipped. Great pool which the kids loved and was perfect for the sunset hour. We had a fantastic day out on a boat trip with Peter - recommended by Jamie, our host. Also a couple of trips to RakiRaki town and market are not to be missed. Our only disappointment was the daily construction work on a villa next door that started at 7.45a thru 6p. It took away the serenity of sitting outside during the day. Luckily Volivoli resort was open as there isn’t much else around beach-wise.

Fabulous villa with sublime ocean views

This is the perfect spot for rest & relaxation in a part of Fiji, which remains as yet untouched by the big resorts. We stayed for 2 weeks & were thoroughly spoilt by Mere’s magic massage hands! Incidentally she is also a wonderful person, great cook & fantastic teacher of Fijian cuisine. Premila is very warm, welcoming & friendly. She works hard with Akash to keep the house in great order & they are both available anytime if needed. Premila is also a great cook, who makes a fantastic curry. You won’t go hungry when you stay here! The house itself is beautifully furnished, very modern with spectacular views from most windows. The pool is pure bliss. If you’re staying for a while & want the option to explore, renting a car would be a sensible plan as the Villa is quite remote & not really within walking distance of anything. However, there are lots of local taxis & a driver can be organised to get to and from the airport (Ravi will certainly make the trip enjoyable!). The nearby beach is accessible by foot, but it’s very small & quite pebbly. It’s also quite a hike in hot, humid weather! If you dive there are many fantastic dive & snorkeling spots nearby in the marine park. Last, but by no means least, Jamie the host is excellent. Nothing is too much trouble & he responds immediately to any queries. He even checked in with us a couple of days after we arrived to ensure everything was in order. All in all, this was an unforgettable stay!

Just Wow!

We came and stayed for 5nights for our honeymoon. Everyone was so friendly, Jaime was efficient when communicating and this accomodation exceeded our expectations. The view was amazing, the house was spacious and clean and the spot was perfect! We felt right at home, nothing to fault! We will be back but next time we will bring more people. A big thank you from us!

Nothing short of amazing

This home was the most memorable part of our two week stay in Fiji. It’s more beautiful than the pictures. They must have had a stellar architect because even though it’s on the windy side of the island there is little wind on outside Pool area. Both the owner and property manager were very responsive. Highly recommend hiring Premila to cook for you, and if you have an adventurous side going to Nabalasere with Garry. Owner will provide you with contact info upon booking if interested in either!

Relaxing

This was a great property. Beautiful views, quiet area, and super friendly staff. Perfect for just kicking back and relaxing. It is a couple of hours from the airport and a lot of the main attractions that the travel sites say you should do while in Fiji. A perfect spot to get away from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

Fantastic

The property is beautiful and well maintained- even better than photos! Akash very helpful with anything we asked. Dinners cooked by Permilla delicious-and she was kind enough to explain and show us how to cook. Great day trip to waterfall and snorkeling as well as time enjoyed relaxing at the house enjoying the pool etc! Thanks also to owner Jamie for checking in with us. Great experience for our family- kids are 21&23 and enjoyed as much as we did!
