The first floor boasts a front living room with workstation/desk, and an open floor plan to the sunny family TV room, kitchen and dining area.
Off the dining area access the large deck, great for just relaxing, lounging or enjoying a family summer BBQ (gas grill). The spacious and private back yard has plenty of space for a myriad of outdoor activities!

This home features 3 bedrooms ALL with en-suite bathrooms; the first floor queen master has a private bath and shower. There is a half bath just off the kitchen as well. The second floor consists of a spacious King bedroom with ensuite bath with shower stall, and the third bedroom has 1 Queen bed and 1 Futon bed with ensuite bath with shower stall.

The home comes fully equipped, including 3 window AC units (one in each bedroom), 4 TVs and WiFi! This home is a family favorite!
