Welcome to Heritage Poolside Paradise, this wonderful townhome is located in Heritage Crossing at Reunion Resort. Reunion Resort has world-class amenities such as infinity pools, a full-service spa, scenic walking trails, a fitness center, on-site fine dining, kids' activities, and much more. This townhome is close to two Heritage Crossing communal pools.

There is a spacious and open planned living/dining room with plenty of seating in front of a wall mounted 75" smart TV along with a kitchen that is stocked with all the kitchen appliances necessary and granite countertops. There are three rooms in this townhouse. The first floor is where the master king bedroom is located with a mounted flat-screen TV. The second floor has two separate double queen bedrooms. Each with a mounted flat-screen TV for your entertainment.

The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
Third party platforms such as Airbnb may not allow optional fees to be displayed in the check-out cart of their website. Optional fees can include items such as early check-in, late check-out, mid stay cleans and pool heat. These items can be added directly with Florida Vacation Homes after the reservation has been made.
This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.
