Host was very accommodating and great communication. House was clean and cosy with all required ammenities. The enclosed backyard was ideal and appreciated by two whippets. Thank you for a wonderful stay. I would absolutely consider another staycation..

The house was homely and comfortable with all the facilities needed. Good backyard and lovely little sunroom at the front. The host was helpful and friendly, and quickly responded to messages.Close to the beach and about 30 mins walk to the shops (which meant we got some good exercise going for a morning coffee). The walk was great along the beach path.The only issue for me was that one of the double beds was very firm so I struggled with sleeping but I acknowledge this is a personal preference.

A short getaway.

My son, his partner and I stayed at the property for 2 nights and it was very comfortable. They walked into St Leonards but for me and my elderly pooch, it was a bit too far. Most enjoyable.

Accommodation is basic and compared to other places I've stayed (for less) somewhat disappointing. Would have enjoyed more than one TV channel! Bedroom were very spacious. Location to the beach was convenient

For future guest reading this review. The property has WiFi and most guest enjoy watching Netflix on the smart TV. St. Leonards has access to all TV channels so the comment about only one channel is a little strange. Please feel free to message any questions before booking.

This property was perfect for Easter weekend getaway. It comfortably accommodated 3 adults and 2 children, was clean and found there was plenty of plates, cutlery and glasses. The back yard was nice to have lunch in and for the kids to safely play in. And a very short walk to the beach and pier which was awesome!! Would just suggest a bigger towel rail or some hooks in the bedrooms so the don’t get mixed up in the laundry. I was also waiting for an email about check in but the information came through the WotIf app which I didn’t have but downloaded once we arrived at the property so we could get in. Definitely would visit again and recommend to others.

Awesome experience, beautiful cosy home

We had an awesome weekend away at this property. Well mainted and pretty neat and clean. Large bedroom sizes and nice area in backyard for sitting. We had an amazing time.
