Condo 43-4 El Dorado Ranch

El Dorado Ranch Rental Condo #43-4 is a stylishly furnished San Felipe Vacation Rental located in the prestigious El Dorado Ranch resort community, with in-house WiFi and just a very short walk to the beach.

The first floor features a beautifully decorated living room with contemporary furniture, a chef-ready kitchen with half-island stocked with pots, pans, and silverware, and a queen bedroom with private bathroom. Up the eclectic spiral stairs, the second floor offers a bedroom with a double and twin bed plus private bathroom with shower-tub combo, and a grandiose master suite with a king-size bed, a balcony overlooking the 18-hole golf course with beach views, a his-and-her sink, a crystal glass door shower, a tub, and a walk-in closet. A three-car attached garage provides secure parking. Maximum occupancy is 8 guests with 6 pool passes only (children 12 and under free). Pool passes are issued by the resort office which closes at 4:30PM — arrive after 4:30PM and you will not have pool access until the next day. No BBQ at the condos — a designated BBQ area is a 10-minute walk away, or use the Pavilion restaurant's BBQ service. A $100 refundable security deposit is required on arrival. Off-road vehicles are not permitted in La Ventana del Mar (exception for Baja 250 race teams). Check-in is 3PM-8PM with a $25 late fee after 8PM. Reservations are easy and can be made online 24/7.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

The property was excellent and spacious for our group of 6. The beds were comfortable, the views were amazing, and the property was very well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, silverware, pots, pans, etc. There are no items for cooking however, such as oil, salt, pepper, so just make sure you plan ahead and bring your own. This is in no way a complaint, but just something future guests should know. We are already talking about our next trip to this property and El Dorado Ranch.

The location is the best spot to enjoy the ocean view The house is very good and clean I really enjoyed vacation with my friend if I go over there next time I love to stay Only one issue is that the water is not running enough using at same time 1st floor and 2nd floor But it is good to stay overall

Family time

If you are looking to reconnect with family and friends this is a good option, pictures were accurate on how the property looks, it's in a safe gated community, the beach is walking distance but be aware that San Felipe town doesn't offer that many good options for dining out so be prepare to cook most of your meals at home. The only complain I had is that the washing machine only uses hot water, even when you set it to use cold still the water was very hot and you need to be careful what you wash so you don't ruin your clothes.

Great location and wonderful residence

We enjoyed our stay, the house was cleaned and ready as expected, it's spacious and in a great location, secure neighborhood and very close to the water. It's about 12 min away from town, but that was acceptable. We recommend this place and we will be visiting this place again.

Beautiful views. Nice big porch.

This was a great condo that had beautiful views of the sea. Two living rooms was a bonus when our grandkids came to stay. Furniture needs updating but it was overall clean and the master bed was pretty comfortable for a rental. Renter was helpful with anything we needed. Definitely would stay again.

Quality Time

Erick's condo was wonderful! I booked this place to house my family that was attending a wedding and they absolutely loved it. The house came stocked with everything we needed and there was plenty of room for everyone. We added some extra days after the wedding and glad we did as we got to experience the San Felipe carnival. Beds were comfortable. We enjoyed BBQing on the patio and hanging out enjoying one another's company. Beach and pool were within short walking distance.
