San Felipe La Hacienda condo 5 with Internet

No pool access between October 15th - March 31st each year.

Beautiful and newly refurbished San Felipe vacation rental condo for up to 6 guests with in-house Internet.. This rental condo is located in San Felipe's La Hacienda beach side community. 

As you enter the home walking past a small hallway to your right you will find yourself with the master bedroom, Which features a King size bed and Tv mounted right in front of the bed with equipped with Satellite. There is a big window that opens up a view to the pool and condo area.

Second bedroom features 2 full size beds a small desk area and a full size closet for safe keeping of you items. 
Out side of the bedrooms of the first floor is the first full size bathroom.

Up a flight of stairs you will come upon the living room area also equipped with a large Television with satellite tv. the living room is made up of one large 3 person couch and 2 single comfortable chairs, right next to living area is the entrance to the balcony with beach and pool view. 

Heading back in to the condo pass the living room you will find the newly remodeled kitchen that is fully equipped and for all cooking and dinning needs.

La Hacienda is a beach community and has one of the best beaches in San Felipe. The beach is just a short walk from the condo. Enjoy sea view from the balcony. And while at the beach, relax under the complimentary palapas right on the beach. Kids and adults all love our beach - the shallow waters with little to no waives let you enjoy as much beach time as you like.

If you are into riding ATVs and Quads, you will love this location as there are lots of sand dunes in the neighborhood to get you a full riding thrill.

This rental is pet friendly, so you may bring your pet with you on vacation.

This unit's community entrance is closed at all times, Only residents and guests have access by scanning a special card that will be given to you upon arrival, you'll have 2 cards available per unit, leaving a $50 dollar deposit for each card which is 100% refundable!!

Towels not included with this rental.  Please bring all needed towels

MONTHLY RENTALS: Utilities extra

This community requires gate access cards.  The access card is FREE, however, on your arrival, we collect $50 deposit per access card.  This money is refunded to you when you return the access card.
