Why they chose this property

It is in the neighborhood of Playas de San Felipe, known as the cleanest beach in Mexico. Beaches here are more desired than those North of us.

What makes this property unique

You can walk to the beach or the Marina (about a mile) hike to the Malecon, Boardwalk or Downtown (less than 2 miles), from our Condos. We do not experience the noise and traffic of beachfront properties, making our place tranquil, private and peaceful.
