The check-in was easy. we did have some issues with the kitchen. But the next day maintenance came and addressed the issue. other than that we really enjoyed the stay. Kids had so much fun, they didn't want to leave. Hope to see you next time. Thanks so much the Williams family july 21,2025-July 27,2025.

Week at Disney with family

House was well maintained and clean. We didn't need them, but it was nice to see multiple strollers available, a pack n play, a few pool floats. beach towels

Great space for large groups and great location

The house is in a very good location and the house layout is great for large groups. Nicely appointed furniture and comfortable beds. When communicating with property owners they were extremely responsive and quick to reply. Overall would recommend to friends and family for sure

Upon arrival the unit was not cleaned the best, however overall was a great place to stay. We would come again.

Good but room for improvement.

Dislikes: House could use a face-lift. Beds were extremely hard. Could use more cutlery & glasses. Didn’t like the half wall upstairs, but just our personal preference seeing we had young children.Likes: Heated pool included. Property manager was quick to reply to our questions/concerns. Maintenance personnel was excellent, immediate action taken.Location was great.Would stay there again.

Unsanitary conditions - very disappointed

We arrived with two families - each a family of four with a 2 year old, a 5 year old, and a couple. We were looking forward to having a safe, clean home to retreat to during our Spring Break vacation to Disney. Upon arriving, there was hair all over the first floor kitchen. We also found a red solo cup (used and sticky) on the floor of one of the upstairs bedrooms, hair and feces in the toilet on the first floor primary bedroom, a stain and strong foul odor on the stair case and upstairs primary bedroom carpets, and a layer of oily dust all over the baseboards. The TV in the downstairs family area didn't work, and the dryer only functioned on and off. When we messaged the management company, they were quick to reply and sent out their local manager. He did replace the TV for us, and brought cleaning supplies and febreeze. However the odor was never fully resolved, and we all felt sick from the smell. My husband I stayed in the room with the strongest source of the odor and had a difficult time sleeping so ended up having to sleep on the couch (which was also dirty) and our daughter's room. Ultimately this is the worst-maintained VRBO we've ever stayed in.
