Comfortable with great potential

We stayed at Zeus for 10 nights as a family with two young children. The property is on one floor which was great for our one year old, with the living space and bedrooms down opposite ends. Our four year old loved the bunk bed, and the other beds were all very comfortable. Bed linen was clean, with many pillows available. The towels were also lovely and clean with lots of spares. We did have a few teething problems (get the feeling we were the first guests to stay at this property), no hangers and lack of power sockets, but the agency promptly had some delivered. There was also a missing TV power cable, we moved the one from the master to the living room but not ideal. The cleaning of the living spaces and bathrooms was great, but the bedrooms needed some additional cleaning, particularly the storage areas - dust and sticky patches. The kitchen was very well stocked with an abundance of crockery and glasses. The appliances were of good quality (loved the fridge and oven) though the kettle leaked a little from the base. The utility area was very useful, a broom and clothes horse would have been useful. Unfortunately the pool heater had not been on prior to our arrival so was rather cold, but the agency provided instructions to turn it on so we managed a couple of dips towards the end of the trip. The agency were very friendly and helpful during our stay so can’t fault them. Rocky start but we grew found of the place by the end so would recommend to others!
