Unwind in luxury and comfort at Ballah, featuring a spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment with stunning views of Cavill Mall and the patrolled Surfers Paradise beach, providing the perfect setting for relaxation.
The Space:
The perfect location for your next stay on the Gold Coast is situated beside the iconic Surfers Paradise Surf Life Saving Club, directly across the road from the main beach. Ballah sits above the Paradise Centre shopping complex, which opens out onto Cavill Mall, the central hub of Surfers Paradise. It can sleep 4 guests with an additional guest slept on a rollaway bed.
This apartment is located on the 21st floor and it features:
- Large lounge room including 2 seater & 3 seater lounge suite with large flat screen television and Foxtel which opens onto a spacious ocean view balcony with outdoor setting
- Free Wifi AND Foxtel
- Separate dining area with modern 6 piece dining set to enjoy meals while on your next Gold Coast holiday.
- Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, fridge and microwave
- Master bedroom opens on to a balcony which faces south west offers a king bed, walk in wardrobe and ensuite with walk-in shower
- Second bedroom accommodates guests on a king bed (2 singles by request)
- There is a separate guest main bathroom with shower over bathtub
- Separate fully equipped laundry with a washing machine, dryer plus all regular laundry supplies such as iron, ironing board etc.
- Reverse-cycle ducted air conditioning throughout.
- Apartment comes fully equipped with all bedding and towels supplied.
- Complimentary secure car park for the duration of your stay for 1 car.
- Porta cot with linen & highchair are available – fees apply request at time of booking
As these are not serviced apartments, we provide a starter pack for your initial convenience consisting of: tea/coffee/milk, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, sachet of washing and dish washing powder and soap. Guests are expected to purchase extra supplies as needed.

Known as Australia’s ‘Theme Park Capital’ the Gold Coast is the perfect place to holiday with the kids. Be exhilarated on stomach-dropping rides at Dreamworld and enjoy the character parade at Movie World. Take them for a trip down to Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary to cuddle a koala and feed the kangaroos.
Getting Around:
The resort is ideally located only a short walk to the centre of Surfers Paradise and all of its shops and restaurants and only 2 minutes to the beach, and the added bonus of the new Light Rail station literally at your front doorstep.
Buses and taxis are also close by and readily available.
