Welcome home!!!! This beautiful reverse living home will welcome you from the moment you arrive at your driveway. This is your home with all of the comforts, but more. Only one away from the beach, this home will allow you to truly feel your beach house experience. Three decks to enjoy ocean sights and sounds. The roof deck with lounge chairs and bistro table will be a highlight for sunsets. While the second floor deck will allow you to enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner at an eight person dining table perched high to view the ocean. Here you can see your sunrise with your first cup of coffee and listen to the ocean straight in front of you or bbq for a night home. First floor deck is covered with more outdoor space for your enjoyment. It is located off of the second family room with fridge and wet bar. The garage is another floor designed with you in mind… Pool table, ping pong table and dining table for pizza night. This is also where you will find the beach chairs, umbrella, wagons and other beach essentials. You can walk the bikes into the back door with keyless entry. Another added amenity here is the workout area with bench and weights. You will also find an additional small fridge here for your convenience. If that’s not enough, a quiet, shaded and private back yard is here for you. This is where you will find two outdoor showers and dressing areas. You are conveniently located walking distance to basketball, bocce ball and pickle ball. Ice cream, a true vacation treat is a walk away, as well as The Bayview playground and bay beach/
