bookings. 5 bedrooms, 1 dome ,4 bathrooms, elegantly appointed to sleep 15 . Around 2 hours from Sydney , 30 min Hunter Vally garden, 15 min to Wineries and restaurant.

The House is a beautiful
spacious 5-bedroom property, with
captivating views framed by stunning plantation
shutters overlooking mountain.
Accommodating 15 guests with smart tv, reverse cycle air conditioning, ceiling fan , laundry with washing machine and dryer,
bathroom with bath, full kitchen , ten sitting dining table .

The Bar:
A beautiful country style bar ,
It has big pool table , Tv with Foxtail, Netflix, Optus sports . Sound system , fridge, ice maker dishwasher , cool room, primitive style fire place . Two toilets and showers.

Summing pool is at next to the bar with great view native plants and birds. Of course there is a BBQ facility with pizza oven to indulge you.



WHAT WE PROVIDE
We provide tea, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper. We
also provide cling wrap, foil and baking paper, dishwashing tabs, washing up liquid, spray
and wipe, laundry detergent, scrubs, tea towels and
a medical kit. We provide toilet paper, artisan
shampoo, conditioner and body wash in each
bathroom plus a hairdryer.
In addition, all our bedding is commercially
laundered to high temperatures.

We stayed at this beautiful property over the long weekend and absolutely loved our time here! The house was clean, spacious, and equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were definitely the highlights — we spent hours relaxing there.Although we had initially planned to visit nearby wineries, the huge open space around the house was perfect for spending time with friends and enjoying some fun childhood games instead.Overall, a fantastic stay! I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway, and we’re already planning to revisit in the future.

Amazing Stay

The property couldn't have been more perfect for entertaining a large group. The outside Bar area was great for this with the pool table, pool and spa. The house was big and spread out so everyone still had their own space. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Family getaway experience

Overall the property was suited to what we needed for a large family group and there was plenty of space for the kids to run around. The owner was very responsive both prior to, and during our stay. The facilities (spa, pool, bar etc) were good, but like a lot of things on the property could use a little TLC. The supplies were not all provided as described, i.e. basic supplies that were meant to be there but were not (i.e. enough fire wood, oil, foil, cleaning products etc.), so it would be advised to not rely on the description. The property has such potential but has been "over-sold" via the property description, particularly for the price you pay.

House was very spacious and clean. The Dome was awesome. A bit further out of Hunter Valley but perfect for larger groups wanting to stay on a property. Overall had everything our group needed. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend others to stay too

Great property but needs some basic maintenance of things like new toilet seats, dishwasher that worked amd oven that worked better, the sewerage was overflowing, just a few things that perhaps the owner shoukd stay for a few days and check out for themselves. The overall property is awesome just needs a few things fixed and for what they charge it shoukd be up to standard.

Not Worth Your Money. Incorrect Details

During our stay at your property we had few issues. The pool was not clean and we had to spent about an hour cleaning it so kids can enjoy. The bar area was dirty and all the furniture old and rusted. There was no firewood provided for the fire pit or the fireplace inside the home despite mentioned in the advertisement that it will be provided between April to October. The outdoor firepit was one of the main reasons we booked this property. The kids were really disappointed as we had planned for a campfire with marshmallows etc. Also, there were not enough Kitchen Paper Towels or Face Tissues in the home, which made it a bit difficult to live in about 2 days for a total of 10 people incl. kids.We felt that the property was not worth the price we paid. All the amenities provided were also pretty basic compared to all other holiday homes we have been to. The host didn't even respond in SMS and the app when mentioned bout these issues and requested for a partial refund.Not worth your money. Stay away from this host.

Disappointing Experience at “Stay in Bulga” (Unwind in Hunter Valley Greenwood holiday )

We recently booked a property through Stayz, expecting a comfortable stay with access to various advertised amenities such as a swimming pool, spa, and pool table. Unfortunately, our experience was far from what was promised (advertised). Here are the key issues we encountered: 1. **Poor Maintenance of Amenities:** The swimming pool, spa, and pool table area were not only unusable but also unclean. This was a major letdown as these facilities were the main attractions for our family during the school holiday weekend. 2. **Privacy Concerns:** The common bathroom had a faulty sliding door that wouldn’t lock, causing significant discomfort, particularly for the women and young girls in our group. 3. **No Wi-Fi Connection:** Despite being provided the password, the Wi-Fi was inaccessible throughout our stay. This was inconvenient and hampered several of our planned activities that required internet access. The overall condition and management of the property significantly dampened our holiday spirit, especially for the children who were particularly disappointed. These issues were not only inconvenient but unexpected, given our previous positive experiences with Stayz. Eventually we used only the accommodation area and rest of the area not usable as shown in the advertisement. hasn’t been maintain for weeks. We have photos to provide as evidence if required. such a negative experience. NOT recommend this place. zero - stars. -Ash-

House was ok just lacked some finesse

Could do with a welcome book of how to operate the likes of tv in house & entertainment area - I’d suggest getting an electrician to get rid of a lot of cords & power boxes. Also would suggest having soaps/body wash in showers instead of 4 x bottles of conditioner. Also the main bathroom door could not be closed so that’s awkward with house full of people!

A great property for groups

We had a lovely stay in Bulga at this property & found the house to be very comfortable for a group of 13. There are great facilities including super comfortable beds, 2.5 bathrooms, a large kitchen as well as the pool and outdoor entertainment area which were great fun for our group. It did seem to us that perhaps the hosts are new to holiday rentals and there may be a few areas where they could improve the smaller details to really make the stay great, like having enough cutlery for all guests, some more cooking equipment, & basic cooking supplies like oil, foil, cling wrap etc. and enough toilet paper for a large group over the weekend. Given the location is ~20 minutes drive from the nearest supermarket, it's not easy to pick-up these things so makes a big difference to your stay when the property is well stocked. Otherwise we had a really wonderful stay here & it was a nice base for Hunter Valley weekend, definitely worth the drive!
