The penthouse was beautiful and as described. We are kitchen snobs and found the kitchen and various pans,pots, knives all to be great and therefore allowed us to cook some great meals. The host took immediate action on the night of Christmas Eve when the heat wasn’t working. He had to rewire the new HVAC for heat which he did which was amazing.

Great condo in Park City, UT

The condo was perfect, very spacious and renovated. Looked even better than in the photos. Located in a nice quiet part of Park City, a short car drive to everything. And a great communication from the property manager. I would definitely recommend this to anyone!

The location was perfect for us. We had plenty of space and it certainly met our needs. The water does take a long time to get hot and the A/C is a bit loud. Otherwise the place was great.

Park City Gem

Beautiful condo, convenient location, nicely outfitted, close to many activities, easy access to Shuttle, plenty of parking, large space well suited to accommodating multiple guests. AC had to work overtime to try to cool down the condo ( even though temps were relatively mild ). Primary commode room has foul odor that render that commode unusable. That should be addressed going forward to improve an otherwise pleasant stay.

Ski vacay

This property was perfect for our annual family ski trip. The location put us within a 15-minute drive of the slopes, local shops, and restaurants. Check-in was a quick and easy process. The property itself was better than expected. Comfortable beds and great amenities. Only drawback was the time required to get hot water out of the taps/shower heads, but we were warned in the onsite notes, so it wasn't a surprise. Loved this property and we hope to return next year.

Amazing stay at Park City , Utah

We loved this beautifully decorated and cozy apartment. It was very well equipped with everything and more for our skiing trip in Park City. It even had special rack to dry our gloves after a day of skiing. Check in process was very smooth. The beds are very comfortable. Kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need to cook meals. The condo is located in the quite area, very beautiful view from the balcony and great restaurant Fuego Bistro and Pizzeria. It was an easy commute to Deer Valley and Park City Mountain. We loved the living room area with the fireplace and big TV to relax after the slopes. We would love to stay in this apartment again.

Amazing rental and location.

This unit is everything it looks like in the pictures. Great space, high-end touches, everything you can think of you might need is already there. The room for storing and drying ski gear was such an added bonus. Having a washer and dryer was huge, and the Japanese soaking tub was perfect after a long day of skiing. Walking one block to the shuttle got us from the condo to ski lift in under 30 minutes - and that included picking up our rentals. We cannot wait to stay here again.

Good place to stay when visiting Park City

We had an overall good stay while at Prospector Square. The unit is updated and very large. The space and electronics were great for after slope hanging out. The property manager was in constant contact and helpful. The bus was easy to use and literally like 100 feet from the unit. The large community hot tub was really nice too and a slightly longer walk than the bus stop. The rental unit had hands down the most cool snow accessories…never had a glove or boot dryer before, but every place should have one! Plus ski or board hangers and plenty of seating to put your gear on. Beautiful views from the room and plenty of good places to dine nearby.

Fantastic!

This remodeled condo is perfect. Spacious, comfortable in every way- and convenient. It has so many details taken care of, it is too many to list. This is hands down a perfect condo for a ski vacation. The bus stop to park city mountain is at the bottom of the stairs making it literally feel like a ski in/ ski out. I would recommend this to everyone.

Outstanding Stay

This unit is as advertised. Excellent, modern finishes. Great TV. Comfortable furnishings and tons of space for a two-bedroom unit. Easy, short drive to Park City Mountain Resort, Deer Valley and Main Street. Condo complex has good amenities for the price. We will be back.

Gorgeous Condo & Convenient Location

GORGEOUS CONDO, gorgeous! Super clean and so comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The boot dryers were a nice touch. Convenient location, much closer than expected and the bus stop is seriously downstairs and maybe a 30 second walk across the grass. It was nice to not worry about parking. Highly recommended!

Amazing condo for so many reasons!

What a beautiful condo. It's elegantly designed as well as comfortable and functional! From the moment we walked in we appreciated the light and open space. Definitely not a stuffy mountain condo by any means! The electric fireplace under the huge TV in the living room was cool, with the ability to change the colors depending on your mood...neat touch. There are plenty of thoughtful details like a boot and glove drier, ski/snowboard racks, and plenty of hooks to hang our pants/jackets/helmets. Kitchen and bathrooms maintained an elegant feel throughout the whole condo. As for tech, smart TV's in the living room and each bedroom were high quality, allowing us to use our own You tube TV, HBO, and Apple TV accounts for our favorite shows. Plenty of plugs for chargers in the bedrooms. Free wifi was fast enough to have a zoom call for work and stream movies. Last but not least, the location was great. The free Park City shuttle stop is literally right out the front door of the building. Took around 10 minutes to get to the Park City base, and didn't have to deal with parking reservations and the hassle of finding a spot. Easy ride to downtown as well. We found a bunch of great restaurants that were walking distance from the condo too. Overall we loved this condo. Can't wait to come back!

Park City Ski Week

Two suite condo on Park City bus route. Everything was updated new. Plenty of room us. Huge TV for après-ski movie night. Buyer beware, the 3rd floor location could be challenging to some after a long day on the slopes and bring your equipment back up. I recommend using the $10 a nigh ski butler at PC. The place could use a ground level ski locker. That is why I gave it a 4 star instead of 5. The location was great. On bus route. No need for a vehicle if are just going to ski PC. One day we skied into Park City town for après-ski and shuttled back to the condo. Bus stop right out side The Bridge restaurant. I would stay again.

Amazing condo and amenities

Very nice condo close to Park City. The renovations that were made to this unit are phenomenal. Check-In was a breeze and the host was super responsive. Would definitely stay here again the next time we're in Park City.

Cozy winter stay

Remodeled very clean. We had a great time. I would give a 5 star across the board. My only complaint was 3 flights of stairs and no elevator.

Fully remodeled condo!

This is an amazing place with great furniture, a spacious kitchen and even a convenient location. This place has everything you need for an enjoyable and entertaining vacation. I can’t wait to go back again soon.
