Great view away from the traffic

This property was perfect for our family of 5. It was close enough to the attractions to be convenient and just far enough out of town to be away from the heavy traffic. We really enjoyed the beautiful view. Thanks for a great stay!

Great short stay at the property!

The check in process was easy and convenient. Liz was always great in communicating and answering questions. We really only spent time in the property for sleeping and showering as we visited with family mostly during the day. It was away from the "main drag" in Pigeon Forge, but still close enough to get to in a few minutes. The only improvements I'd suggest is a sink in the kitchen area since you're asked to wash dishes used and the pillows in the bottom bunkbed were a little uncomfortable. I still slept fine!

Super friendly and clean place

Liz was incredibly friendly, quick to communicate, receptive to suggestions regarding confusion of listing details and was so sweet to continually send us activities ideas in the area. The place was very clean and looks very nice and homey. All amenities worked well and beds were comfortable.

An escape from the busy cities.

3.5 years ago we said we would come back to this place, and we did! Once again we found ourselves stopping here before venturing all the way home to Michigan. Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge are HOT in the summer! We enjoyed spending our evenings outside listening to nature & watching the sunset. Liz made our stay more comfortable by providing us with a freezer FULL of ice before arrival (something I totally forgot to request but extremely grateful for), area discount coupons, a grill to cook steaks, and doing her best to get the wifi working (the whole state had been having problems during our stay so it was out of her control). We enjoyed chatting with Liz and her daughter, and it brings us a sense of staying with distant relatives every time we're there.

Perfect place!

We have no complaints! It was cozy and clean. Although we didn’t meet Liz, as this was our first time we have been here, and we were gone all day, she checked thru email to make sure we didn’t need anything! I would recommend staying here to everyone!

Very Cozy

Our visit was during a VERY cold period in January. The rooms were very warm and cozy. Exceptionally clean. Large televisions, wifi, and Amazon Echo. Coffee maker microwave in the room. Beds are sooo comfortable. The country atmosphere and warm hospitality given us by Liz insures that our next visit to the Smokies will include lodging here. Highly recommended.

Near town and very cozy. Elizabeth was very nice and welcoming.

The only thing that threw me off when we first got there was the smell. It smelled like an animal was kept down there or something. I just recommend putting air fresheners in the living room and it would be perfect.

lovely place in country

Nice bedroom & bathroom! Futon not to comfy to sit on in LR; but we were out exploring most of the time. Could use a comfy chair in LR, as all 4 of us had to sit on futon. Owner went extra mile & let us borrow her printer to print out a groupon. Our boys liked having so many choices as to which bed to sleep on in LR. Thanks for the stay.

What more could you ask for?!

A group of friends and I were in the area from WI on motorcycle. The driveway isn't very motorcycle friendly, but we parked at the bottom of the hill and that sufficed just well. Liz greeted us on arrival, but other than that, it felt like we had the place to ourselves. Cant wait to visit the area again!

Perfect, so quaint

The home was beautifully set up and themed. We had everything we needed from lists of local attractions to basic supplies to carry on throughout our day. I would definitely come back if I have the chance to one day. Also, how can you best this pricing?
