This home offers every amenity and convenience possible. The location is one of the best in town. Close enough to the center of town, this home is located on a short, dead-end street that’s lined with charming cottage homes. This tranquil setting is just one block from the Provincetown Art Association and Museum, the East End Market and Ciro & Sals. A short walk to the town beach, Angel Foods Market and the gallery district.

Bright and warm, welcoming space. Situated in the western edge of town inviting longer walks along Commercial. We love coming in May, getting to enjoy at least 3 seasons in a day!

Beautiful property in a fantastic central location

The home is very well kept and essentially brand new. The location is perfect being only 1 block away from Commercial Street. Only critique would be that, in the cooler months, the heat is a little tricky to get exactly right since the heat comes from the AC wall units in each room. Otherwise, I highly recommend this home... you won't be disappointed.

A Beautiful Vacation Home!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. This is not your typical rental home. The actual home is even nicer than the pictures! Every room in the house is beautifully decorated. The linens and towels were top notch. The beds were super comfortable. And the kitchen was equipped with anything you could possibly need. All communications with the rental agent were great. And the house is nicely situated on a quiet street. We will definitely be staying here again!

A dream weekend

We had one of the best vacations of all time and it was definitely due to the excellence of our home. It is the perfect distance away from Main Street but Not too far for walking. The property was spotless upon arrival, full of the necessities like towels, pillows, blankets, bath soap, coffee maker and mug. All the little things that made a difference. And not to mention, the house and property are gorgeous. If I come Back to Provincetown I want to stay here again

This was by far the best house that we have stayed in and the house was stocked with everything that you will need. It is also on a nice quiet street in the east end but minutes to commercial street. Ciro and Sal’s, Mews, and Pepe’s Wharf are all super close. There ate also a few markets within walking distance. This house is for people who appreciate and respect the finer things. My only comment is to consider being oet friendly and charge a pet security.

She was right on top of things in a very professional friendly manner. The house was on a very quiet and historic street which made for good sleeping. The house was beautifully renovated with high quality design elements. The master suite was fantastic. The two other bedrooms were very small. In my opinion the house is too small to comfortably house more than four people. Furniture very comfortable and in good condition. Badly needs new linens. In our opinions house needs new mattresses.

The design of the kitchen includes a large island with a round table and counters all made of the same material. There are some unusual storage ideas and it took us awhile to find the cutlery which is in a hidden drawer. Scott was available by phone to help us find it.We chose to bring a vinyl tablecloth to cover the island. This was for our own peace of mind as there were instructions to use coasters everywhere and we were afraid we would leave marks, even if accidentally. There is a rug in the living room that appeared to be made of animal hide and we were also concerned about spilling something on it. The TV area was very comfortable and we enjoyed hanging out there. The stairs are steep and shallow as is common in old houses. This took some getting used to but became familiar quickly. We have been renting places every summer together for the last 14 years. This house was the most comfortable for us and had the most amenities of all the homes. It was in a great location and was quiet. We could easily walk everywhere. Having space for two cars was especially nice as it made moving in and out easy. We would stay at this house again!

Gorgeous place, great for a small group

This house is large and modern and spacious. We loved our stay and liked the location being just off the beaten path but still close enough to feel like we were in the heart of town. Would stay again. That said, the primary bedroom is remarkably larger than the other two which are small so that may be important to consider when planning with friends who will split the tab!

Beautiful home and very convenient

The home is impeccable and very convenient to Commercial Street—we walked to dinner every night—but on a quiet dead end street. 7-8 minute drive from Race Point and Herring Cove Beaches. Absolute perfect for us!

Perfect Girls Weekend Retreat!

We stayed here for our annual girls reunion weekend and we had just the best time! The home looked just like the photos and was the perfect location to commercial street and all the activity ptown has to offer (about a 7 min leisurely walk). We loved staying in at the house too. The kitchen was fully stocked with supplies to do at home cooking and the backyard was divine. We stayed as 5 friends and it was a spacious and comfortable stay and would be great for a family of 5 or even 6! The home was truly 5 stars, but wouldn’t be a review if we didn’t mention some constructive critiques that could be improved… The countertops were beautiful but really sensitive to any spills or messes, which really deterred our group from fully taking using the amenities we were paying for since we were afraid of damaging the property. In addition, there is quite a hefty cleaning fee and unfortunately there were a lot of tasks left for the guests at check out. Maybe this is typical but we all agreed it was a bit off putting as guests of an above average rental. All in all, we would recommend staying here for the beauty of the home and accessibility to town!
