All newly renovated and ready for your Cape Cod vacation! Walk into a gourmet kitchen with bar seating and dining area. Living room with TV and gas fireplace overlooking the ocean. Three bedrooms and two full baths as well as an outdoor shower and patio area. Home is streaming only. ** linens and towels are not provided Pets considered with owner approval. 2 cars only.

Charming cottage on the water

Coming from California, we wanted to provide a special and easy get away for our kids and their young children, who reside in Massachussetts. This adorable cottage was even better in person. The owner is thoughtful and detail oriented. She is also a lovely neighbor. The water in the sound was surprisingly warm and we enjoyed lots of hours swimming. The nearby beaches were pleasant and easily accessible on foot or by water. We look forward to returning to this same place next year..

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family has rented this house for 4 straight years now, and will continue to do so. It's a perfect getaway with a perfect private beach, updated features throughout the house, and an amazing cozy feel. It's very close to downtown Hyannis, and there's plenty of areas to explore for bike rides or runs. I highly recommend.

A Great Week!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a great week of fun and relaxation. We loved the beach setting and access to the water. There is nothing like being right on the water. The cottage was impeccably clean. The appliances and bathrooms were top notch. We give it a 5 star rating. The location was ideal. Just a short distance to restaurants and the Ferry Terminal. The location to the Ferry Terminal made our day trip to Martha’s Vineyard quite painless.Thanks goes to the Berkshire Hathaway staff for assisting us in booking the unit.
