Michelle Sylvia coastal Collection. rental home. Luxurious beachfront rental home close to Hyannis activities, restaurants, boats to Nantucket and Marthas Vineyard as well as Kalamus beach. All newly renovated and ready for your Cape Cod vacation! Walk into a gourmet kitchen with bar seating and dining area. Living room with TV and gas fireplace overlooking the ocean. Three bedrooms and two full baths as well as an outdoor shower and patio area. Home is streaming only. ** linens and towels are not provided Pets considered with owner approval. 2 cars only.
HOME amenities outdoor shower, beach chairs, gas grill, drip coffee maker, starter supply of items for stay.
Robert Paul Vacation Rental bookings include a non-refundable $250 fee that includes administrative fee and damage waiver assurance for self-reported incidental damage up to $1,000.00. Charming cottage on the water

Coming from California, we wanted to provide a special and easy get away for our kids and their young children, who reside in Massachussetts. This adorable cottage was even better in person. The owner is thoughtful and detail oriented. She is also a lovely neighbor. The water in the sound was surprisingly warm and we enjoyed lots of hours swimming. The nearby beaches were pleasant and easily accessible on foot or by water. We look forward to returning to this same place next year..

It's a perfect getaway with a perfect private beach, updated features throughout the house, and an amazing cozy feel. It's very close to downtown Hyannis, and there's plenty of areas to explore for bike rides or runs. I highly recommend.
