Start your next adventure and step into the secluded Red Roof Chalet, our picturesque 5 bedroom chalet with panoramic views of the Grey Highlands and Georgian Bay from the expansive wrap around cedar deck and 3rd floor loft. Whether you decide to enjoy a morning coffee watching the sunrise or a nice glass of wine as you reminisce over the adventures of the day - from the slopes, beaches, trails, conservation areas and waterfalls or golf courses which are all conveniently located within a short drive from our year round base-camp location.

Our custom built 2600 square foot eco-friendly chalet features in-floor heating on our first floor, a well equipped kitchen and gathering areas on the main floor (including wrap around deck) with an entertainment and games room in our loft. The chalet is both child and pet friendly with available swing gates on the main floor to limit access to the stairs as necessary for your little ones.

Located on one acre of gorgeous hilltop escarpment, you will have plenty of space for outdoor entertaining and enjoying the fresh country air in privacy. After hiking the Bruce Trails or skiing the slopes, settle in to one of our multiple seating areas to relax and enjoy, both indoors and out. The outdoor amenities are spectacular with large portions of the covered cedar deck offering ample lounge areas with their own mini eco-climatic zones and scenic views - there’s even lots of space for those who enjoy their morning yoga! Once the sun goes down, transition to the outdoor fire pit to enjoy an evening of stargazing and a second glass of wine.

For those who prefer to finish off the day with a movie night, big game or a games night, retreat to the loft to challenge your crew to a game on one of our multiple game venues. When it is time for a quiet movie night, this comfy space includes a 55” flat screen Amazon Firestick TV with streaming access and live TV via WiFi.

Our 5 bedroom chalet equipped with 2 full bathrooms split over 3 floors - there is enough space to comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests. There are 3 bedrooms on the first floor comprised of two individual rooms and our bunkhouse, the primary bedroom is on the second floor and the fifth bedroom is located in the loft - all beds are equipped with memory foam mattresses to maximize your sleeping pleasure and all private bedrooms are equipped with queen beds. Our “bunkhouse” on the main floor has two sets of custom bunk beds, which is the perfect space for larger groups or slumber party.

The heating/air conditioning is provided through mini splits on each floor which are controlled by remotes for each unit. The Google Nest thermostats on the main floor control the in-floor radiant heat, however, is only to be used during extreme weather conditions or power outages as the chalet was built to be off-grid, complete with solar panels and a battery back-up.
