Family wedding and vacation

We were very pleased with this home it was clean roomie and free of barriers so my handicap mom could still enjoy and get around. The host was great and quick to get back with us about anything we needed.

Comfortable and clean

Comfortable and clean house with all the necessities. Nice yard with pool. Kenny was very responsive when we had a request. Just one thing to be aware of, there are train tracks very close by and trains can be heard from inside the house.

Family Friendly Stay

We had a short weekend getaway and it was perfect for what we needed with three active boys. The yard was deceptively large with a sturdy playset, yard toys, and a beautiful pool. The rooms and kitchen were clean and comfortable. We would certainly stay here again if we come back to Deerfield.

Brief but Enjoyable Stay

Three co-workers and I spent a couple of days at the house after a work event in nearby Weston. The neighborhood is older, but all the homes except one on the cul-de-sac have been remodeled. There is a railroad track nearby, so trains can be heard while at the pool, although it's not really distracting. The backyard is huge, and many activities are available. The house was stocked with supplies and toiletries so we did not have to purchase any. There is a Dollar General very close by. The house is not far from the beach, and we enjoyed time there at several restaurants and shops. There was one issue the host addressed quickly to my satisfaction. Before I would consider booking in the future, I would ask about the status of the replacement sofa. We had a good time, and it was a pleasant stay. Thanks for the hospitality!

Wonderful property!

If you’re looking for a relaxing vacation this is the place! The kitchen was well stocked, as well as plenty of bathroom, kitchen and laundry supplies The back yard and pool was amazing! 4 lounge chairs, 2 pool loungers, outdoor dining, corn hole, swing set and big fenced in yard for your pets. Target, Walmart and supermarket are one mile away. Nice quiet neighborhood although the train tracks are across the street which didn’t bother us. Kenny the property manager was a pleasure. We will definitely return!

Comfortable and Clean

Very clean and comfortable stay. Have all the amenities that you'd want in a house. Swimming pool is really nice, had fun staying at this property. Keyless entry and the owners are very easy to work with and cooperated well. Will definitely come back, if get a chance.

Perfect vacation

Had family come down from the frozen world of Wisconsin and we all stayed here. Plenty of room, amazing yard, and 5* service! We were relaxed and able to enjoy the time with zero worries! Great host, was responsive when i couldnt figure out to add the # key to the door code *laugh * we will definitely be back!
