Perfect location to enjoy La Jolla Shores and the shops and restaurants near that. Having a dedicated parking spot was also a huge plus!

Property was nice- just as described. Loved the location - we walked to the beach and to dining. We really appreciated that they had a bed rail in the closet - the twin beds are high and it made my newly 4 year old feel secure.

You can’t beat this location. It’s perfect if you’re wanting to be in La Jolla, whether you want to be in the Cove or the Shores. I highly suggest this if you’re a family of four or less. Rent a car, the parking is very convenient and you’re able to bypass the traffic to get up to the Cove in less than five minutes. Otherwise, great to have the beach so close for walking. I’m familiar with the area, can’t get much better than this. Book it!

Great Apartment & Location!

Super convenient to the beach and restaurants and shops. Property was in very good condition, the bed was comfortable, and the owner/manager was great at communicating. I would definitely stay again!

Business/surf trip

The place was awesome and the owner was very nice and accommodating. Location was minutes to good food, coffee, surf shops, the beach and the Scripps Institute where our conference was. Great place and will be looking to book there again whenever our needs take us to La Jolla.

Great spot next to the beach

Great location with a quick walk to the beach. Close to so many restaurants and shopping. Come and go to the beach with ease, and dedicated parking is key. Traffic at the beach can take an extra minute or two, but was never too bad. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful condo and location

We had an amazing time at this property. It’s steps from the beach and restaurants. My whole family loved the location. It had a great little kitchen and a shared grill space too. The host was super helpful and very responsive although we didn’t need much because it was all there! We would stay here again!

Perfect Location in La Jolla Shores

Great condo in La Jolla Shores steps from the beach and all of the wonderful restaurants and shops in the shores. Perfect for a family of four. Clean, convenient and comfortable. We love La Jolla and really enjoyed our stay.

Clean accommodation in great location

This was a great space for a weekend stay with my friend! Two bedrooms, one bath in upstairs unit. The apartment was clean, host was communicative, and the location was a short walk to the beach, restaurants, coffee, etc.

Nice apartment very close to the beautiful Lajolla shores beach and in a lovely neighborhood. Great views out the living room of nearby park. Comfortable and well equipped.

This 4 plex is a special property. Located just steps to the ocean and the wonderful restaurants and shops of la Jolla Shores. After purchasing this property we took it down to the studs and rebuilt it with all the modern amenities for a comfortable stay. The living, dining and kitchen offer an open concept living. This upper unit offers a large private outdoor space on the ground level for outdoor entertaining. A community BBQ is available for your use.
