Finca Lagoon is a comfortable, architect-designed home situated alongside a picturesque lagoon and a nature preserve in the Lochmore Waterway Estates neighborhood of North Fort Myers. This home will have guests feeling like they are staying in a Florida tropical paradise! Fina Lagoon is less than a 10 minute drive from the historic River District of downtown Fort Myers and a 10 minute drive from paradise Marina. World-class shelling at Sanibel and Captiva Islands, lively Fort Myers beach are all less than an hour away as well as Fun and Funky Matlacha on Pine Island.

Finca Lagoon is set in a lushly planted and professionally maintained tropical environment. Giving guests many options to truly enjoy the Southwest Florida wildlife. The house has approximately 1800 sq. feet, screened in lanai surrounding the pool with ample space for dining, lounging, and watching the tropical birds around the adjacent lagoon. Beyond the lanai are park-like grounds planted with indigenous palm species, fruit trees, a banana grove, and a rock garden. The home sits on half an acre of land.

This Villa offers a master bedroom with a queen bed, flat-screen TV, and lanai access. It has an ensuite bathroom and a large closet. The master bedroom has window views of the lagoon, nature preserve and the rock garden. The guest bedroom has a queen bed with lanai access. The adjacent guest bathroom has a large sink with tub and shower combination.

The living/dining area opens onto the pool, offering a view of the rock garden and the nature preserve. Guests will be blown away by the evening sunsets. The living area has a smart TV and a broad library. In addition there is a spacious dining area. This villa also offers a cozy office with library perfect for catching up on correspondence or just for relaxing with a good book.

Cape Coral-house

The house was fine a little dated. The garage door entrance to the house Locke was not in place until the Friday before we left was a little bit disappointed with that. Also the relative of the owner of the house live next-door and was coming in and out of the garage when we weren’t there didn’t introduce himself that wasn’t really quite right, the Friday before we were leaving the garage door opener started to act up and I went to the gentleman next-door to tell him about it and he wanted to know how we knew he was related to the owner. I got a discussion with the gardener he told me with the TV there wasn’t any local cable, which was disappointing and the pool was not heated also disappointing otherwise the stay was OK

Enjoyed our stay. Great location.

The house was nice but the master bed was sub standard. It was a small queen and very low quality. Also, the 2 TV's were small and in poaitions that were difficult to watch.
