Otherwise, both Tampa and Miami International Airports are about two hours drive with easy access to Cape Coral via I-75. For guests arriving at Orlando International Airport (MCO) and perhaps creating a two center holiday, Cape Coral is about a 3 hour drive South using I-4 and I-75. The journey is quite simple using basically just 2 Interstates. The property is located in the desirable South West area of Cape Coral where many of the homes are waterfront.

We enjoyed our stay

Everything was nice. The heated pool was terrific. Only small negative was the internet wasn’t working during our stay, but overall everything was as advertised, and we’d definitely stay there again.

Great peace to stay for a family vacation

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. My son especially loved the pool. The property is in a great location which is within 30 minutes of great beaches and other attractions. Julia was very good about communicating with us and any of our needs, and she also provided some great recommendations for restaurants and attractions nearby.

Great pool in cape coral

We loved our rental. The pool and lanai were lovely and the property managers were great. Julia and dick were prompt with any maintenance that came up. It’s a great location . Our great grandkids fished in the canal. We enjoyed the burrowing owls in the neighborhood.would highly recommend this rental

Julia was very responsive. She met us at the home, and went through all instructions. The heated (by electric) private pool was lovely. The home is conveniently located just a few miles from grocery and fuel stores. Julia was a wonderful hostess. It was a great weekend trip!

3 senior ladies get away

We were 3 ladies visiting relatives. The home was so comfortable and clean. We had very spacious bedrooms, beautiful modern kitchen, and Livingroom had so much seating and room to spread out. The heated pool was a real treat for us . The hostess was very responsive and welcoming. The neighborhood was lovely and we felt very safe. We had a wonderful experience here and would recommend it to everyone. We hope to return in the future.

Exercise caution!

Drove 2.5 hours to get there--no wifi, no tv, no cell charging. Owner did not tell me, said she "hoped it would be back on" before i got there. My guest and i had to turn around and go back home. House could use updating and cleaning. Some food items left in the fridge. Yuck!

Overall great, just could be a bit updated & cleaner

Had a relaxing and pleasant stay at this VRBO. The location was great, and the amenities were mostly as described. The pool was amazing, and was glad to see the pool guy came to clean it. The pool deck and chairs could use a power wash. The cleanliness inside the home could have also been better... the master bath smelled weird and had some mold. There were some areas that appeared to be overlooked in terms of routine cleaning. Julia was super nice and very communicative about the check in process and met me at the house to show everything. Good getaway overall. wassupetForpareience.

Owner asked for money to turn on pool heater and only cleanish. Owner was on property too much.

Owner was cleaning when we arrived and lives down the street. She said her cleaning person cancelled and was cleaning herself but the entire checking and interaction felt off form start. House was okay cleaning but not great and one bathroom very moldy. We knew we may owe for extra person as granddaughter unexpectedly joined us- so gave her $80 cash for her- this property charges by person - so daily rate is low when looking at until add people as fyi. Then she asked us for $100.00 extra to turn the pool heater on- which was needed as it was February and heated pool was one of reasons we rented. We then woke in the morning to use pool and it was cold and was told by owner after several attempts to reach her that they only run the heater part of day and not at night at all. Husband of owner then came over and manually turned on more than once - so frustrating and invasive. We paid a cleaning service fee and electric fee when we booked. The interactions with the owner felt invasive and made us uncomfortable. I would not recommend this owner.

Great location in a quiet neighborhood

Julia, the owner, was very nice and provided a lot of suggestions of the different beaches and restaurants. The house was a good size and the pool felt great! I would probably replace some of the pans and deep clean the carpets but otherwise a very nice place to stay. Definitely recommend Iguana Mia’s, Nice guy pizza and Fish Tale Grill to eat! Tipsy Turtle has great food and beverages also on the way to Sanibel or Captiva. Would definitely recommend.
