Great Oceanfront 1 Bedroom in Desirable North Ocean City

Lovely oceanfront condo ready for your family of up to 4 with 1BR, and 1.5 bath. Enjoy morning coffee from your direct ocean front balcony where you can watch the ocean waves and maybe catch a glimpse of the dolphins going by. Just a few steps to the ocean, with an outside shower for rinsing off on your way back. The primary BR has a King bed, and the living area has a Queen sleep sofa for additional sleeping ability. The building has an elevator for easy access. Conveniently located near the grocery store, popular restaurants and Gold Coast Mall. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots, pans, drip coffee maker, full-size dishwasher and appliances. There's wifi, cable TV, and a washer/dryer in the unit for your convenience. This property books mini weeks or full weeks with a Thursday or Sunday turnaround day in season, or any 3 nights in the off season. Includes one parking spot.
Guest supplies all sheets and towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience.
Non-smoking, non-vaping. No pets, please. Property owner does not rent to groups under the age of 25.

Wedding Anniversary Getaway

The property was clean and very (I mean very) close to the beach. Everything you could want to do or need is within a 15-30 minute ride. Definitely would stay again.

Great place to rest your head

We were in town for Oceans Calling Festival. It was nice to have a place a bit away from all the festival chaos. Clean, comfortable. Beautiful view.

Anniversary celebration

We rented an ocean front property, that we had never stayed at before. The air conditioners were the very noisy older ones and the bathroom fixtures were older. Not sure why the full bath was right opposite the kitchen and the half bath was put in the master bedroom?!? Also there was a typical concrete walkway with a shorter walkway for every 2 condos. What was unexpected was the 2” step up from the main walkway. My arms were full so I stumbled & fell over the 2” rise and injured myself. Unfortunate start to our anniversary weekend.

Vacay 2023

The condo was everything it said it was. Great view from the balcony with gorgeous sunrises. The only thing was as seniors the slant to the water from the beach was too sloped for us to comfortably walk. My husband recently had hip surgery and it put much pressure on his hip. The access to the next door condo restaurant was great!

Cute place, parking lot a bit strange, dumpsters not close by and direction of where they were located was not given in rental envelope or by rental office…. Entrance to get into general parking area was not clear but we figured it out…. Overall a good stay, pretty clean & tidy… We enjoyed our time! Thank you US :)

Perfect view, property needs some work

The location and ocean front view was really the star here. We have no complaints about that and the Adirondack chairs on the deck were really nice. But for the price for a few nights I think the property itself could be nicer. Very outdated furniture, some pieces broken. Additionally the stove is ancient and one of the burners doesn’t work. The washer also only fits about 2-3 towels in it. The kitchen light didn’t always turn on. The toilet in the bedroom bathroom also “ran” constantly and the hook in the tank had to be manually fixed every time. The dish ware and cookware were also dirty upon our arrival and we had to clean them, also not much in terms of kitchen supplies for cooking. The bed pillows also had lots of stains on them which grossed us out. We wouldn’t stay here again, but glad we had the view to distract us from the inside.

Get Away Vacay

Overall, the property is excellent for two people...location outstanding, however, a few things might be nice to have for guests, i.e., a starter pack: a couple of pods for the washer; a couple of soap pods for dishwasher, one roll of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, perhaps a little spray multi purpose cleaner...guests are expected to clean...do we really need to bring our own cleaning supplies? Also, the unit itself needs some handyman attention: weatherstripping on front door needs repair, the closet in the dining area is off its track and the items in that closet are stuffed in it, both fans in the bathrooms sound like freight trains, sink in the half bath drains slow and the drain stopper does not come out so it cant be cleaned. Oh, and lets not forget the TVs.. Nice to have them...but, reception on bedroom TV is awful and lets face it, operating them, even for an IT geek, is complicated! These are all little things that could be fixed easily and would make the condo even more appealing! With all that being said, we would stay there again and hope to do so next gisit to OC. Thank you.

Great Location

The property was clean and cozy. It was the perfect size for my husband and I. Lots of places to eat and near by. We walked everywhere. Get your coffee at the Dunkin or Wawa right across the highway, the walk to the beach is super short and the views from the balcony are amazing!! Overall, a great place to stay!

Clean with a beautiful ocean front view.

Nice one bedroom condo. I would have preferred the master bedroom on the oceanside...but I understand that is just the layout of one bedroom units.

Quaint Oasis

Views, access to beach, cleanliness. This place checks all the boxes. The parking is not optimal if you have a larger SUV or Truck, but off street is normally available. The only issues I had were the toilets. One is not set right and wobbles and the other’s flange in tank does not close and must be reset manually after each use. Minor blemishes on an absolutely lovely condo with majestic views. Highly recommend this for your next weekend getaway.
