With large garage offering parking inside and on the driveway there is plenty of room for multiple cars meaning you can get away with your family or with friends as well.

Enter inside the home and through the hallway to the large open plan living space and kitchen with ceiling fans and split system. Plenty of space for the whole family to relax and enjoy a movie in the evening, or bring your favourite board game! There is also a wood fire heater for the winter with ducted system to heat the whole house. There is nothing better that enjoying a good book on a winter's evening in front of a fire.

From the living space you can access the undercover outside patio with outdoor dining and BBQ. The large enclosed garden has plenty of grassy space for a spot of private sun bathing or knocking a ball around. The kitchen comes with all mod cons expected, large fridge, dishwasher, and plenty of counter space. There is also a dining table with seating for 8.

Off the living space you will find the master bedroom with views over the garden and outdoor dining area. It contains a Queen room, walk in robes, its own TV and ensuite. The ensuite has a walk in shower and toilet.

The rest of the bedrooms can be found off the living space on the other side, along with the laundry area with washing machine for your use during your stay. Past the laundry is the main bathroom with separate bath and walk in shower. The toilet is in a separate powder room. There are 2 rooms with Queen beds and built in robes, the final bedroom contains a set of bunks.

From the front door you can access the garage. Past this door is the stairs which will take you to the top floor where you will find the pool table with large screen TV and relaxed seating. The room also boasts both ceiling fans and split system, the perfect retreat no matter the weather. There is an outside covered balcony with access to the garden. The balcony also has outdoor seating and views across Port Fairy, sit and enjoy the sunshine with a glass of wine in the evening or watch the world waking up with a morning coffee.
