Located within the beautiful ambience of North Adelaide, this quiet property is walking distance to the historic Kentish Hotel and shops of Melbourne and O'Connel Sts. Adelaide City, Adelaide Zoo and Botanic Gardens are only a 15 minute walk away and public transport is close by. A single car garage and on street parking make this central location great for exploring the delights of Adelaide. The Adelaide Hills and the wine regions of the Barossa and Mclaren Vale are also only an hours drive away.

Great home, well located

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay & found the home as per the description. It's an easy walk to local shops, pubs, cafes & a 20 min walk to the Adelaide oval. Overall a great experience & highly recommended stay.

Lovely house in a great area of Adelaide.My second stay at the house this time with two other friends all of us ar senior years.A great pub just around the corner helped to!

Gorgeous house and great location

Very spacious 3 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms. Great courtyard in the backyard. The zoned airconditioning was excellent. Close to Melbourne Street shops, cafes and restaurants. Close to the North Adelaide free bus. Twently minute to the zoo and North Terrace.

January stay in Nth Adelaide

Carolyn has a lovely period house with tall ceilings and generous sized bedrooms. The house was cool and quiet even though our stay was mid-January. It is conveniently located close to all amenities in a shady tree lined street and walking distance to the CBD, zoo and river Torrens.Our group of friends would love to stay with Carolyn again on our next trip to Adelaide.

Cricket getaway

This property was perfect as a place to stay when we visited for the test cricket. Walking distance to Adelaide Oval, close to cafes, restaurants in Melbourne & O’Connell Streets, and providing great amenity & comforts. Highly recommended.

Centrally located hideaway

Overall very good, however we are used to having at least the first mornings breakfast provided (eggs bacon toast milk), and a couple problems with the newer bathroom (door handle and shower rose) and mattress in bed 3 was not up to standard. We enjoyed the great location and heating was very good, fruit trees were a real treat too

Beautifully renovated

The house is beautiful, welcoming and cosy. The beds and pillows were softer than what we prefer yet otherwise everything was great. Thank you Carolyn for a great stay.

Beautiful property in great location

The house was lovely, spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The location was great, close to the Kentish Hotel and to Melbourne Street with plenty of dining options within a short walk. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Location is perfect

My Wife and I stayed with our dog Tex and absolutely loved it. The house is perfectly located for cafe visits and shopping trips. We hope to be back again soon.

Comfortable House

Fantastic house in a great location.

We were very impressed by this property. Very well presented and the communication from the owner was very thorough. Property was close to public transport, cafes a a local pub.

Beautiful house in a lovely location

The house was great for our 4 people party (one couple, 2 singles). Lovely location with cafes and shops nearby. Buses to get other places if you need. Host was great to communicate with, check in and out easy. Would def stay again, especially if we had more time to enjoy the property for a bit longer.

Gorgeous Home in Beautiful Nth Adelaide

Lovely home for our family to stay and enjoy our jam packed Easter Weekend of basketball and all the goodies Adelaide has to offer. Will be back next year for sure!!
