Very comfortable and great location

On surface looks clean but as time went on, realised it was quite dirty. Dog hair and human hair everywhere. A pillow and a towel had stains on it. Bath needed to be cleaned to use. Shower constantly drips unless you use so much force to stop it. Railing on balcony is extremely loose and could be dangerous. Iron had something melted to it and I didn’t realise and it ruined my white linen top. Location is great, little noisy being on a busy non main road and being in the planes flight path. But you get used to it. Unable to work fan in lounge room. Asked how via stayz but received no reply. Comfortable and easy location.

Excellent Experience and Location

I recently stayed here in North Adelaide and absolutely loved it. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to Adelaide Oval, which made getting to events incredibly easy. The house itself is stylish and comfortable, with a great layout, modern amenities, and a rooftop terrace that’s perfect for relaxing or entertaining. It’s in a quiet, scenic spot overlooking the square, but still close to cafes and shops. Overall, it’s a perfect base for exploring the city.

Amazing property

Cosmopolitan lifestyle was an amazing location. Close to everything, easy to access, grassland outside the front door for the kids to play. will stay here again.

Nice, but…

The location was excellent. The house was clean but not spotless. Only one key was supplied so it was less than 24 hours before one of the kids locked us out. Owner had no spare and was more than a hour’s drive away so we paid 400 for a locksmith and have had no communication from the owner since. Bedrooms were fine, off-street parking only suitable for small cars, not SUV. TV was not a smart TV as advertised. Shower temperature does not settle, no shelf for toiletries so everything sits on the floor. No consumables on arrival apart from a bottle of bubbles, which was nice but we would’ve happily swapped for some milk and a coffee machine. Overall pleasant but lacking attention to detail.

Unique European Stay in the heart of North Adelaide

The property manager Tori was great to speak to and make checking in as easy as possible. The home was absolutely lovely and had a beautiful eurpoean style home which was very unique and lovely. Open plan living and dining that spills into a very large balcony that you can see the city skyline from. Large bedrooms that can accomodate a family. Beautifully situated in front of a garden and walking distance to cafe, pubs and O'Connell Street for dinner and nights out. Overall a great stay and would recommend.
