We enjoyed our stay at Villa Karma. The house was very spacious and had everything we needed. The outdoor area is incredible and the views are breathtaking. The location is very convenient to restaurants/sodas and the beach, only a 5 minute drive to most.

Great house for large groups

Great property with 5 large master bedrooms and two extra bunk bed rooms. Great location overlooking Playa Peleda and the ocean. Overall great experience.

In 2019, six young professionals and their families visited Nosara and fell in love with this tropical paradise. From there, the idea was born to create a luxury home that would provide high-end amenities and allow for families to relax, reconnect and decompress, in the lap of nature and luxury. The majority of the construction was completed during the pandemic. There were times we were not sure if this project would come to fruition with the chaos of COVID-19, but it was KARMA. We hope you fall in love with Karma as much as we did.
