Welcome to FLOW, a newly constructed property consisting of four individual villas, just minutes away from the pristine beaches of North Guiones. Designed with a simple, refreshing, and modern style, FLOW offers a delightful blend of indoor and outdoor living spaces, allowing you to fully embrace the beauty of Costa Rica. This remarkable property offers the flexibility to be rented as a whole, making it ideal for larger groups or retreats, or as individual villas.

Nestled within lush landscaping and featuring gated, private entrances, each villa provides a secluded and tranquil experience. Whether you choose the main house, the casita, you will enjoy the comforts of a full kitchen, a private pool, and convenient laundry facilities. Bright natural light fills the interiors, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that complements the tranquil surroundings. 

Villa F - 4 Bedroom Main House

Immerse yourself in the delightful ambiance of Villa F, the largest of the four villas at FLOW. This two-level home offers spacious accommodations and is perfect for large families or groups of friends, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests. Each of the four bedrooms comes with its own full ensuite bathroom, ensuring privacy and comfort for all. 

Upstairs, you will find a master bedroom with a king-sized bed and another bedroom with two twin beds. Downstairs, there is another master bedroom with a king-sized bed and a bedroom with two twin beds. All twin beds feature trundle beds, allowing for additional accommodations and flexibility. Note: any of the bedrooms have not a connecting door.

Great space and location

The house was a great space to hang out. It was nice to have some separation between rooms. We used the chef for breakfast each day which was nice since we were feeding lots of teens and young adults. Location was perfect.

The house had adjacent homes within the parking area that were under construction. We never had a quiet time at the house during working hours due to a dozen or more construction workers in the property and able to look into the windows that had no shades/blinds. We were charged 175 for a 25 bluetooth speaker that was stolen from the place - which was never locked up because of the construction (the rental company owns the places under construction too). We won’t come back, we way overpaid for the experience we had.

We are of course sorry you had a bad experience at the house. A few comments: - There was only one house under construction on the property which was in the final stages of interior finish work. - I am not sure how you came up with a number of a dozen or more construction workers, but that is incorrect. We can verify the number or workers if needed. - I have spent time looking at the chat groups we set up with you and there was nothing relating to the construction mentioned. - There is a gate that enters the pool area where you left the speaker and apparently that was not kept locked by you. You were also told at check-in to keep everything inside the house. That area is not connected to the construction area. - In speaking with the guest services person who worked with you there was nothing said to her that would have suggested you were having a bad time or you were dissatisfied in anyway with your experience at the house.

The house was perfect for our family . We will definitely return .The comfort of home while you are away . Everyone had their on space and we had the best time together . A wonderful house with Great Energy

Loved our stay at FLOW. The grounds and house were immaculate, and our concierge was on it 24/7 to attend to minor issues. The layout really does "flow" and it's great for groups or families with older children who don't mind being a few feet away from their parents.

This property was amazing! Perfect location – close to the beach and town, but still private and peaceful. The house was spacious, well equipped, and ideal for our group.A huge thank you to Grace, the house concierge, who made our trip unforgettable. She arranged everything: a private chef, ATV tour, fishing, zip lining, side-by-side for the house, and seamless airport transportation. Relaxing stay in Nosara

The Flow Main House was a great, quiet, relaxing place for our family in Costa Rica. Communication is excellent with the staff. The house was clean upon arrival and any requests we had were taken care of immediately. We had two families (4 adults and 5 kids ranging from 9-15) and the layout worked perfectly. The pool was nice in the afternoon after the hot beach. Thanks for a great stay!

Great Stay in Nosara

Our stay in Nosara was fantastic! The house was just right for our two families—4 adults and 4 kids. The highlight of staying at FLOW was hands down Grace Calvo the concierge for the property! From giving us detailed recommendations to booking restaurant reservations and various activities—kayaking, surfing, fishing charter, etc—to arranging transportation—private transfers and golf carts-to answering all of our questions in such a prompt way! Grace totally made the trip! We caught fresh fish on our fishing charter and the next evening Grace had Chef Jose cook a meal for us at the house with our catch! The food was incredible and everyone agreed we would have Chef Jose back to cook when we return to Nosara. All in all a fantastic trip and experience.

Sweet property with room to spread out.

My Family and I stayed at FLOW HOUSE for a week and everyone was so kind, helpful and accommodating. There is plenty of space to spread out, my youngest daughter enjoyed the pool and the property manager gave us all kinds of good recommendations and support during our stay. Unfortunately we had to cut our trip short, but we so deeply appreciated the help of everyone in this last minute change. It’s such a relief to meet good people who care about your experience and have integrity!

Didn't want to leave

This was our first stay in Nosara and it's such a special place--amazing blend of comfort and rustic adventure. Flow house was a big part of the comfort side. House is laid out nicely to give the 4 bedrooms privacy and not be woken up by early morning surfers, night owls, etc. Pool was lovely and a perfect refresher mid afternoon or to keep kids entertained pretty much at any given time that we were home. Grace and team were AMAZING helping me set up transportation, making recommendations, seeing that golf cart was there when we arrived and got picked up, helping book excusrions, a private chef one night (highly recommend) and last minute massages as well as being super responsive to any questions or needs we had throughout the 10 days. A team member met us at the house when we arrived to make sure we understood all the keys, codes, proceedures and see if we needed anything. Much more customer service than I anticipated and made travel to a foreign country with kids/family super stress free.

Great location. Great layout and amenities. Great big ant problem.

We loved so many things about FLOW. The location is truly the best. You are an easy walk to all the best places like Rosie’s, GoJuice, Guilded Iguana, etc. but on a quiet street right off the main road. Our kids swam in the pool for hours each day and we had several visits from monkeys, coati, hummingbirds and iguanas. Grace helped arrange activities for us and was so helpful. In spite of all the good, FLOW has a major ant problem right now and it really tainted our week. Rick, Grace and their team tried their best and sent extra cleaners and fumigated but it was still not enough. We had several different types of ants in the kitchen, on countertops, in suitcases, beds and in the baby’s pack n’ play. We expected bugs, etc. as it’s the jungle. However, we’re talking dozens and dozens of ants - we counted 75+ on the kitchen wall one night. Until that problem is fixed, we would have a hard time recommending FLOW to other families.

Beautiful Modern and close to everything!!!

We had an amazing time staying at FLOW. We stayed in the F house. My husband and I, our 4 kids and grandparents!!! We were so central to great restaurants, shops and the beach is also not very far. We rode bike that’s the house provided most mornings to the beach with our surfboards in hand. The pool is great to lounge mid day after the morning at the beach. You get the perfect amount of shade and sunshine. Super private as the jungle is in your back yard. We heard and saw the monkeys, iguanas etc. It was awesome! The 4 guest rooms are all accessible from the pool so it’s a great set up for even couples!!!! It worked even with our young family of 4 kids 6 and under. We cant wait to go back and stay at casa FLOW!! The management was great with any needs or request. The chef they recommended was wonderful. She worked hand in hand with her husband cooking delicious Costa Rican meals (as we requested) and they even cooked up a bunch of fish we caught one night. The set up and thought that went into these homes was awesome. We would love to go back with an extension of our family as they could stay in another house but on the same property! Genius!!!!!! Pura Vida!

I cannot say enough positive things about Flow and our entire experience in Costa Rica! From the moment we booked the house, Grace from Beach management team reached out to us and helped to arrange everything from transportation to and from the airport, ensured the house was stocked with food and essentials upon our arrival, coordinated Jose and his family to make an amazing home cooked meal- it was soooo good, we had the team come back for a second night! Grace helped organize all kinds of activities and was always a message away if and when we reached out! The house was perfectly located, walking distance to the adorable shops, juice bars and restaurants and a short golf cart drive away from the beaches! We were two families with 5 kids among us ranging from 9-12. The kids had a great time in the pool and the house was perfectly suited for all of us; giving us our own privacy as well as adequate room to all hang out together! We arrived to torrential downpours and there was a small leak in the doorway, but the management team had someone there in no time! We were glad that they left bug spray because we used it the first night or two but by the second evening, most of the indoor bugs were gone and we were used to them; being in the jungle it is expected! The neighborhood dogs, Bowie, in particular, are so friendly and protective and we couldn't be happier to have him with us at the beach and walking through the villages. We all loved Flow and Nosara and will be back again

Family adventure

We just returned from our stay in Nosara. My husband and I visited with our 2 daughters (over 21) and 4 of their friends. This house was perfect for our stay. Perfect size and location. First, thank you Grace. Grace helped this over planner plan every activity and transportation to and from airport. Some of our favorites: Ms Canopy zip lining was so much fun and everyone loved this experience. Absolutely a must do. Tico Tours ATV adventure: Due to the previous days rain our itinerary had to be altered but Eduardo delivered on an experience that was a highlight. Mud bogging in a mango plantation with a Howler monkey sighting, up to an amazing view in the mountains, down to a gorgeous coastline and beach then ending in the forest at a waterfall. Spectacular!! Thank you Eduardo and Tico tours. Final night birthday party with private Chef Jose! The food, the service was amazing ! Thank you Grace and Jose!! All of the “kids” loved walking to the surf and surfing everyday. We rented a golf cart from Limo Dans and an ATV from Tico Tours which Grace assisted with and both were needed and used. You can walk to everything from the house but we had rain everyday and it was nice to have alternate transportation. Grace also stocked our house with groceries upon our arrival which made the transition to vacation mode instantaneous. The house is wonderful. Yes there were ants and bugs but we are in a rainforest. Honestly, this was a dream vacation and I am beyond grateful!!

Wonderful spot for 4 couples!

We absolutely loved our stay at FLOW! We were four couples, each having our own room and bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need and more. The bed sheets were so soft ensuring everyone slept their best! We rented a golf cart for the two week stay which allowed us to enjoy all that Guiones had to offer. Everything is walkable but being able to get around quickly was great. Highly recommend Limo Dan! Graciela is a chef that will come to cook a meal for you and your guests right at the house. If she is available and you have the opportunity, you MUST! It was the best meal we had on our trip. The ceviche was absolutely incredible! And we had left overs for the next couple days. Great value and such a special evening! Keep in mind she doesn’t accept PayPal so ensure you have the cash to pay. The property was very secure and in the absolute best location - close to everything. The beach is a short 7 min walk. Each room has their own air conditioning unit which was great. The only downside we had was they stopped working on our last few days of vacation and the maintenance manager, although very prompt to respond, wasn’t able to have it fixed. There are fans in the room so at least there was some air flow. Just make for a warmer sleep than expected. Overall, you will not be disappointed with FLOW! We will absolutely return! Many thanks!

Great Vacation Spot

I’ve been to Guiones many times. This is the first time bringing the kids. We had two families, 4 adults 5 kids ages 7,8,9,10, 11 &12. Everybody had a blast. We were hunkered down in a tropical system for the first several days, but Flow was great to just hang in when we were not out wet-sploring the beach and neighborhood. Perfect size and totally comfortable. Marcos and Grace were available to help at the drop of a hat. I am reluctant to give it such a great review because it’s too good of a secret. Perfect layout and location

This property exceeded expectations! The layout is brilliantly designed- it gives privacy and quiet to those would like it, leaving the main area available for group fun without disturbing others. The kitchen was amazing and had any possible dish or gadget needed. The pool was lovely - it had a long shallow portion for just wading as well as a deep portion. There were also pool towels available for use. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. The locations was perfect - beach, shops and restaurants were a short, lovely walk. Truly the perfect distance. The property managers were also incredibly responsive - when we needed to get another water refill or maintenance was needed - they were on it immediately. They made everything comfortable, relaxing and worry-free. Would LOVE to stay there again. Highly recommend!!!

Such a beautiful home and location!

Beautiful home for family and friends to share, and great for entertaining. Private, clean, and with all the modern amenities you need. Highly recommend hiring Chef Jose for a private dinner at home - the best food we ate in Nosara/Guiones! Thank you to Rick for being such a great host and to Grace and the Property Management team for being so helpful and prompt with all of our concerns before and during our stay. We will be back!
