It has 2 movie theaters (one inside the home and one poolside), a Star Wars themed game room, 3 themed kids' bedrooms, Baby Yoda Playroom (under the stairs), and a very private heated pool and spa (heating extra $) with bar, tv, and plenty of seating. PLUS, it's only a very short walk to the Windsor At Westside clubhouse (exercise room, restaurant, bar and arcade), water park, volleyball court, and tennis/basketball court. Also, it's within 15-40 minutes from Disney World, SeaWorld, Universal Studios, great restaurants and shopping, and the Orlando International Airport.

Yes. Pool and spa heat can be added for $30/day + tax. The pool heater heats the pool to ~88 degrees and the spa to ~101 degrees. The spa will not heat up unless pool/spa heat is purchased.

Yes, there is a BBQ grill. It is rented on a per stay basis. Contact the marketing agent to rent it.
3) Does the home have a child safety fence blocking the pool?
There is a child safety fence blocking the pool.
4) Is the kitchen fully stocked?
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, cooking utensils, flatware, plates, glasses, etc. (Due to liability reasons no food or food related items are provided.)

April Stay

Overall the property was great and suited all of our large group needs. The pool area was great. The kids loved the theater and game room. The house was spacious and felt private even with close neighbors. The bar area outside and the projector screen was a huge hit for all. A few very minor things that could be improved include the hot tub only heats when the jets are on, and when the jets are on, it is extremely loud and you can't hear anything outside of the hot tub. The house could use some more kitchen utensils/pots/pans. It would also be nice to have an informational binder or something to explain where things are located in the house, how to use the projector and theater room. We bought all new pool toys only to find a full closet of pool floats/toys on the 4th day of our stay. We did not find the bath or pool towels until half way through our stay as well because we assumed the closet with a lock on it was not for us to access. None of these are major issues and would not deter us from staying at this location again, just some very minor issues that we ran into. Overall, we had a great time at this location!

Perfect Property

Twelve members of our extended family (baby, 7 year old, teens/twenties, and parents/grandparents) stayed here for a week over spring break. We spent the majority of our time outside by the warm pool and comfy patio area. The closet full of floaties and pool toys were put to good use and saved us having to purchase them as we’ve had to do when staying at other properties in the past. They were also easy to carry the half block to the lazy river at the clubhouse. We used the big screen by the pool for watching basketball most evenings. The kitchen with large island made cooking and serving meals buffet style a breeze. There were plenty of pots, pans, blenders, coffee makers, etc. Any requests for replacement items (dustpan, new air hockey puck) were quickly fulfilled. Communication with the hosts/management company yielded prompt replies. Check in instructions were clear and easy to follow. Loved having 2 sets of washers and dryers! There is a large refrigerator, but 2 refrigerators or adding a bar fridge would be my only suggestions. The property is highly recommended!

Perfect for a family vacation!

The house was perfect for our group of 10 that ranged in age from 7 years to 60 years! We actually had a couple bedrooms that we didn't use. The house had everything we needed. One of the best features is the location to the community pool. It is the 6th house from the amenities so an easy walk each day. The only issue was the majority of the chairs in the theatre room are broken. The kids still used it to watch movies so it wasn't a deal breaker for us. According to the property manager the owner has new chairs ordered so hopefully they arrive soon for the next guests. I would still recommend the house for large groups!

Perfect Place

We did a golf trip and stayed here to have some evening entertainment vs. staying in a hotel room. It was amazing, the hot tub and pool felt great after a long day of golf in the heat! Plenty of room and several of us plan to come back with our families!
