You will find the primary bedroom upstairs with a new AC, queen bed, walk-in closet, TV, and private bath. The adjoining loft has a trundle bed (2 twins), a ceiling fan and new AC. The 2nd bedroom is on the main floor and has 2 twin beds, a TV, new AC, and a full bathroom next to the room. The renovated kitchen is fully equipped and features refinished cabinets, granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, including a dishwasher. The living room has a flat screen smart TV, Blu-Ray/DVD player, and new AC unit. Sliders off the living room lead to a private patio furnished with a table, chairs, and a charcoal grill for outdoor dining. Other amenities include a new washer/dryer, coffee maker + Keurig, as well as Wi-Fi internet and cable TV.

*Sponsored Guest Passes include daily/weekly access to Arbor and Fletcher Pools, Fletcher Cardio Center, and scheduled Children's Activities throughout the Villages. Tennis & Pickleball (Fletcher: $20 per hour/court; Bay Pines: $24 per hour/court).
*Pool passes are not included and must be purchased separately during your stay. The Ocean Edge Resort Golf Club controls the distribution of passes, collection of fees, use and operations of all amenities. All are subject to change without notice.
