This nicely decorated and spacious home with 4 bedrooms and 2 baths is in a great location within a quiet neighborhood of well-maintained homes that overlook Long Pond. This beautiful home features views of the pond across the street, central A/C, a nice floor plan, and a lovely, landscaped yard. It is a short distance (0.5mi.) to Long Pond Beach Boat Ramp (aka Fernandes Bog), a favorite for families because of its large, sandy beach, and roped-off, lifeguarded swimming area. Long Pond is the Cape s largest pond and is ideal for kayakers/SUPs, and boats. (The association does not allow boat parking at the property).
As you enter the main level, you are greeted by vaulted ceilings and a spacious, open floor plan. The comfortable living room has a large TV and a double-sided, gas fireplace that looks through to the dining room where you will find seating for 6. The bright and nicely equipped kitchen has all the amenities of home and boasts plenty of counter space and island seating. Off the kitchen, there is a half bath with a laundry area, and a door that leads to the furnished deck. Doors off the dining room lead to a furnished screened porch. Conveniently located on the main floor is the primary bedroom with a king bed, ceiling fan, and private full bath with Jacuzzi and separate shower. Finishing off the main floor is a cozy den where you can relax with a book or watch TV. The three remaining bedrooms are located on the second floor, along with a large full bathroom. Bedroom #2 is a large room that offers a king bed, ceiling fan and full sitting area with a large TV; bedroom #3 has 2 queen beds and a ceiling fan, and bedroom #4 has a queen bed, ceiling fan and skylights.
Other amenities include washer/dryer, WIFI Internet access, and gas grill.
