Architecturally designed by PopovBass, this sophisticated home offers an unforgettable stay with exquisite finishes and a glorious outdoor oasis, positioned within walking distance from Edwards Beach and Balmoral Bay, yet only 19 minutes from the CBD.
As you approach the home, the private entrance opens up to a delightful surprise. Step inside where you will find a spectacular staircase with double height chandelier. Serene and decadent, this truly is a hidden oasis.
When you arrive in the main living area, you will immediately be impressed with the feeling of spaciousness and luxury with high ceilings, tons of natural light, parquetry flooring, and contemporary design. The lounge area is warm and inviting and flows out beautifully to the balcony that overlooks the yard.
The exquisite marble kitchen makes preparing meals a delight with Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, sleek cabinetry, a view of the garden and pool, and a stunning island bench with seating. Magic memories will most certainly be made here.
When you are ready to head out to the backyard, you can either descend the bespoke timber staircase or take the lift that accesses all levels of the home. The resort style grounds include a sparkling swimming pool, spa, plenty of grassed space for the kids, and established gardens enhancing privacy and tranquillity.
Perhaps one of the most special features of the property is the poolside outdoor pavilion. Complete with an entertaining space, pizza oven, fireplace, and outdoor kitchen, this is the perfect place for alfresco dinners both on warm summer nights in between swims, and cool winter nights by the fire.
