Welcome to "Leavenworth River Haus", where the mighty Wenatchee River will serve as your stunning backdrop to your next marvelous vacation! This beautiful home has been a popular vacation rental for the past 10 years and has hosted many memorable gatherings!

Thoughtfully designed to entertain and benefit families and friends alike, this riverside home is the answer to all of your Leavenworth dreams. Just a 3-minute drive to the heart of downtown Leavenworth and perched right next to one of the most desirable recreation destinations in our area you simply can’t beat this location.

Let’s begin our tour in the heart of the home, the kitchen. A feast for the stomach and the eyes this space is decked out in polished granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a fetching tile backsplash, and for your cooking convenience a double oven! Imagine laughter filling the air while you slice and dice at the large peninsula while your loved ones take advantage of the wine tasting area and recap the adventures from the day.

Just off the kitchen, a queen bedroom can be found and a few steps from there is a ¾ bath and a convenient laundry space. The other end of the kitchen leads into the dining and main living area, both of which overlook the river through wall-to-wall windows and a sliding glass door leading to the deck. In the main living area, you will find a 70-inch flat-screen Smart TV, with Netflix, HBO Max, Hulu, Paramount+, Disney+, cable TV, and DVD player, and plenty of seating for friends and family to enjoy taking in a movie together. For guests with young children, the separate kid’s playroom features board games, a foosball table, a 40-inch flat-screen TV, Netflix, Disney+, and more than 100 kid-friendly DVD titles to choose from. If pampering and self-care are what you`re after, step into the adjacent sauna for a post-hike steam.

On the second level, you’ll find 2 large bedrooms with king and twin beds and a jack and jill full bathroom between them. Both of these bedrooms have a 50-inch flat-screen TV with cable. Upstairs from there, you’ll find the bunk room with 2 twin beds and one XL twin, a designated workspace, and another ¾ bath.

Step outside onto the large Trex deck and take in the view of rafts floating by, ospreys searching for fish, river otters playing on the shore and thirsty deer frolicking toward the water. This property’s beautifully landscaped 3/4 acre lot is nestled between 130 feet of riverfront and beautiful fruit orchards. After a day of shopping, golfing, climbing, biking, or skiing, soak your tired muscles in the riverside 6-person hot tub under the stars or lounge out in a comfortable chair on the deck with a great book in hand. If you`re craving barbeque, grilling is a year-round affair in the covered riverside kitchen area -rain or shine! Enjoy the sounds of the Wenatchee River flowing by while relaxing in the adjoined (covered) living area complete with a propane fire pit for that perfect evening ambiance.

Please Note!

This home has a surveillance camera in place and in use that faces the driveway.

While this home is situated directly on the river, for the safety of our guests it does not provide direct access to the river, and no fishing is allowed at any time.

Please supervise children and use caution:

The home is situated on the Wenatchee River.
Rivers have swift and unpredictable currents.
Great care should be taken when playing in and around these environments.

*While this home does have an outdoor fire pit, it is only available for a few months out of the year due to snow in the winter and fire risks during summer. Chelan County implements a burn ban each summer and during the ban outdoor fires are typically prohibited. Because of these factors, we are not able to guarantee nor do we list the firepit as an amenity.

Garage not included.

If you are planning to visit during the winter or summer months, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance. The weather can be unpredictable during these seasons and we hold firm to our cancelation policy.
