Located just 2.5 miles from the charming Bavarian Village of Leavenworth, this enchanting vacation rental perfectly balances seclusion with convenience, allowing guests to enjoy the area's natural beauty and lively festivities.

INSIDE THE HOME:

Upon arrival, guests are welcomed by a ground-level entry for easy access. Inside, the heart of the home is a spacious gourmet kitchen, fully equipped with modern amenities and ample counter space—perfect for gathering and entertaining. The open-concept dining area flows seamlessly into a stylish midcentury living room, complete with a wood stove and floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the stunning bluff side views.

MAIN LEVEL FEATURES:

* A primary suite with a luxurious king bed and a spa-like bathroom with a two-person jetted tub.
* Two additional queen bedrooms and a second full bathroom.
* Basement Level offers a 4th Private Bedroom with Queen Bed
* A cozy living area with both a wood-burning and gas fireplace for ultimate warmth and relaxation.
* Downstairs, the basement level offers a spacious family room with two comfortable sofas and an additional bathroom with steam shower for guest convenience.

Despite the wealth of activities nearby, River Heights Home remains a haven for relaxation, accommodating up to six guests maximum (including children) in accordance with Chelan County STR regulations.

Chelan County Short Term Rental (Permit #000380) Guidelines:

• Maximum Occupancy: 6 (including children)
• Maximum Vehicles: 3
• Outdoor Burning: (no wood burning/propane fire pit on site)

Please note that the home comfortably sleeps 6 guests max due to the Chelan County Code. Guests will experience ample space for all to unwind and rejuvenate in this mountain sanctuary.

This driveway is easily accessible spring/summer/fall and there are no vehicle restrictions however, winter guests please note below:

FOR WINTER GUESTS: Please be prepared along with your guests who are driving separate for this driveway during winter months as there is a steep/slope grade and when ice/snow are on the ground a 4WD vehicle with traction tires are necessary. We highly recommend carrying chains for all vehicles.

While we do our best to keep this driveway plowed and sanded, winter conditions can change rapidly and make both access to and from this driveway challenging and we cannot guarantee its condition upon your arrival at any time. We are subject to the subcontractor and the Chelan County plows who service this driveway and our county roads so please pack your patience along with following the recommendations below if you choose to book.
