*Beautifully decorated studio condo located just a 5-minute walk to the private deeded beach. Comfortably sleeps 4 guests with a queen-size bed and full-size sleeper sofa. The front porch has a partial gulf view and the balcony has a view of one of Sandpiper Cove’s 5 pools! The coin laundry is just steps away near the pool. The living area is updated with driftwood high-end laminate floors, seating, and dining for 4 guests. Kitchen is equipped with a Keurig coffee maker and all utensils to prepare meals. Great vacation spot

Great place for the price. I wanted to be sure and leave a review, as there weren’t any recent ones when I booked, and I know they are helpful! I do think the older reviews all hold pretty true. This unit is clean, and a super convenient walk to the beach! We also found it comfortable. It is an upstairs unit. The stairs aren’t bad at all though, just a couple short flights. Parking is super convenient and was never too crowded to park right in front of our unit. Love that! Something to note is there is a little laundry room nearby that takes quarters only (I think it was around 6 to wash and dry a load). Bring quarters with you. The gas stations around were out or just not willing to give us any, and there’s no change machine. We checked out one of the other pools on the property, but really liked the one right next to this unit. Very nice and never crowded while we were here. Everyone we’ve ran into here have been so nice too. This was such an affordable and nice option for our last minute getaway. We really enjoyed our time here.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was as described but definately in need of an update. Couches, refrigerator and flooring was nice and new but bathroom and kitchen left much to be desired. Kitchen faucet leaks, AC rattles when it runs, entire bathroom needs redone: tub holds water and has to slowly drain out, shower head is terrible, vanity and sink are old. I would not stay in this unit again.

There are a few things I think could have been better.The back sliding door was hard to open and close.The bathroom shelf (over the toilet) should be fixed, it was coming out of the wall.

2024 vacation!

Very clean property and all appliances you’d need. And the water taxi shuttles from this location to harbor walk area. Great for not having to get on the roads. 10/10 recommended.

Great location

All went well except for a hiccup with the code to get into our unit. We loved the location and the beach was amazing. Close to a lot of great amenities.

Nice Studio in a Great Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This studio was the perfect size for my wife and I on our 4 night trip to Destin. It has everything you need if you want to prepare your own meals. The beach is a short walk or you can drive and park across the street as the complex owns the beachfront property. This property is in a great location close to the boardwalk and many restaurants. The only negative is the step up in the bathroom. While the actual step up wasn’t a problem for us it was stepping into the tub as the floor is elevated higher than the bottom of thei tub. The step down into the tub will surprise you and we both almost fell getting into the tub! Other than that little surprise the studio worked fine for us and we would not have a problem staying here again.

Nice room but outdated. 1 window was cloudy and we couldn’t see out it. The bathroom was dangerous. The toilet was a step up and i almost fell a few times. The tub was so deep it was hard to get into. Nice location. Overall we would love to stay again in a better room with better prices. Expensive for us.

Really Great Condo Near the Beach

Overall, my husband and I really enjoyed staying at this property. It is located very close to the front of the condo complex, which means very close access to the beach! We really liked that the complex had tennis and golf too. The room was exactly as described and it was very clean. The step in the bathroom to get to the toilet and shower/tub was odd, but it wasn’t a problem. My only suggestion would be to include a few more amenities within the condo for out of town travelers such as: salt, pepper, and oil for cooking, and a dish sponge for cleaning dishes. All in all it was a really great place to stay and we had a great time in Destin!

Great Little Place And Location

My mom and I really enjoyed our stay here in Destin. We had a nice balcony overlooking one of the pools and could walk to the beach! My only complaint was the shower was a little awkward and hard to crawl into! We’d definitely come back!

Wonderful stay!

I loved the condo, it was exactly as it was described, close proximity to the beach and other activities. The only issue is the step up in the bathroom you just have to be aware of it. The condo is comfortable and decorated very nice! Would definitely stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Bathroom outdated and not easily accessible for me. Step up to toilet/bath. Access to tub was unsafe for me. Step up to toilet was inconvenient and dangerous at night, necessitating me to leave a light on at night. The tv directions were horrible and outdated. I had minimal use of tv due to waiting for maintenance to assist me. This day and age there should be an updated tv/cable to access. Painting on wall behind sofa was off the hook, hung up behind the sofa. I informed the office Sunday am about the tv and painting.

It was just my husband and myself, so we didn’t need a large condo. We were very close to the beach. The condo was very clean. Only two negatives: the small chest of drawers was unusable, as the drawers were all off track, and the bed was positioned in a way where there were no bedside tables. Aside from that, we found everything to be fine.
