Our Peace of Paradise! Includes FREE BEACH SERVICE, Golf Course, king bed

*Complimentary beach service includes an umbrella and 2 chairs on Sandpiper Cove's private beach.

This updated 1 bedroom unit sits on the golf course at Sandpiper Cove and is within walking distance to the pools/beach. Fully furnished kitchen with granite countertops, living room with a queen size sofa bed, and dining area with deck access. The large deck is off the living room area, one bedroom with a new king size bed, dressing area, large walk in closet, and a full bathroom. New washer/dryer, updated HVAC system, appliances, and new flooring recently updated.

This unit is a short 5-8 min walk from this condo to the private white sandy beach, and Rick’s Sand Trap Beach Bar & Grill. If you choose to drive there is gated parking at the beach entrance. There’s a lot to do at Sandpiper Cove with a 9-hole par 3 golf course on-site as well as pickleball courts and tennis courts, 5 community pools (2 heated), 3 hot tubs, and a shuffleboard court. Sandpiper Cove also has one of the finest restaurants in the Destin area, the Louisiana Lagniappe that overlooks the marina where you can also take a water taxi from the marina to tour all along Destin Harbor and visit the HarborWalk Village, eat at fantastic restaurants, and try some fun activities. Water taxi is available March through October.

Parking Notes: Parking Permit Given at Guard Gate/Entrance. Maximum of 2 vehicles. No assigned space.

We celebrated Beachgiving here. :) The pool was heated so we were able to go in a bit, even in November. Definitely took advantage of the hot tubs! Bed was comfy and we felt at home. Our family had a wonderful holiday, we walked to the beach every day (My 8-year-old made the walk just fine), and hopefully we'll carry some of the beach warmth with us through Christmas!

Great condo in Destin

We had a great time. This condo is a gem. They had spices, coffee filters, soap, beach items to use. But the best part is that an umbrella and 2 beach chairs come with the rental. We will definitely let others know about this condo and will return. God willing.
