Perfect vacation house!

Lovely, comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood. Nice pool with great lake views. Located conveniently to all amenities and recreation. We really relaxed and enjoyed ourselves and hope this home is available next time we're in Havasu.

Always a pleasure

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and we have enjoyed it a lot. This time we brought our granddaughter and her dog and we paid the extra fee to heat the pool and it was well worth it. Everything is exactly as listed in the VRBO ad and Sascha is very easy to work with. We will definitely recommend this property to our friends.

Perfect!

Everything was exactly as advertised. We paid the extra fee for a heated pool, and it was perfect. Clean and comfortable. The large garage was definitely a plus. We would definitely stay there again!

Relaxing visit

The house was clean and comfortable. The backyard was great for the dogs and the pool was clean and nice. Location pretty quiet and comfortable. Pretty much had all that we needed with the exception of a can opener and toaster, which I never located. The host was very accommodating with an early check-in. We would stay here again.

Really really nice home.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Everything was as listed. The furniture was excellent especially the master bed. Enjoyed coffee on the patio and the sunset too. Very clean and we will come again. This is well worth the price.

Relax & rewind

Everything was perfect. The location to ramp, the property was as advertised. The master bedroom was across from the other bedrooms, the pool was great after a day on the lake. Easy access to everything. Communication with owner before I got there was great! I would definitely stay here again with my family or friends šŸ˜Ž

Beautiful, convenient & clean

We are a family group that's stayed at a lot of homes in Havasu. We loved the location of this home. We had an unexpected boat problem the day of arrival and the host was able to get us in early - that really saved us! The home is both beautiful and the cleanest home we've stayed in. Also, it had all the small conveniences of kitchen appliances and the little things that many homes are completely lacking. 10/10 recommend! Thank you!

Fun short vacation.

Loved the house. It is updated, very well maintained, clean and stocked with everything you would expect. The host was very responsive and had the pool heated when we got there. It was like tub water.Also, as a short-term rental Evolve is far above all others, I have delt with booking a home. This is one of the best short vacations I have had. This was a last-minute booking (two days before arrival date) and was the easiest I have ever done. This is due to Evolve and the host. Again, I can't express enough about the house it is wonderful. It is something I would live in.

Great communication with Sasha. Any questions or concerns were taken care of promptly. Clean home with the perfect lay out. Everything we needed was there- great quality towels,furniture cozy and comfy, all the little extras in the kitchen and bathrooms were available. Our dogs enjoyed the full Fenced in yard. Safe friendly neighborhood. Over all cleanliness was at the top of my list. Pool was refreshing and location is good. We would stay again. BBQ was good. Only suggestion- a couple new loungers for the backyard.

Nice house with lots of space.

The house was very clean. Well stocked. The kitchen had lots of seasoning and pots and pans for whatever you made need. Also there was a gas barbeque in the back that was nice for grilling. The beds were really comfortable. I liked the fact that they were large two kings and a queen. There was a nice pool in the backyard with a table and umbrella. And a big Baja step. There was also pool toys. The owner was very helpful and responsive. Centrally located. Short distance from the London Bridge and a super Walmart. A great view of the lake from the back yard. Would definitely recommend this house!

beautiful house and pool! beds were extremely comfortable also. Plentiful amount of spices for cooing which is not usual in a vrbo. house cleaners did not stock bathroom supllies, but the owner was beyond helpful when i reached out to her :). Great location to be in. You can enjoy the lake and come back to a quiet neighborhood.

Very open concept with plenty of room for guests. The backyard pool is very clean and well cared for. The view of Lake Havasu especially during the sunrise is breathtaking.
