Encantadora casa bien equipada, de un nivel, 3 habitaciones, 3 baños (2 son suites). Plano de planta abierto con sala, comedor y cocina. Fuera del comedor hay una pequeña sala de estar para leer. El patio trasero tiene una palapa al aire libre con barbacoa / bar, patio cubierto, hermosa piscina con jacuzzi para 8 hombres. Barrio tranquilo, céntrico, cerca de supermercados, lago y centro de la ciudad. Duerme cómodamente 6.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Vrbo! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable and relaxed. The location was perfect — close to restaurants, activities, and attractions, while still being quiet and peaceful.The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and made the entire process easy from check-in to check-out. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, and the property looked even better in person than in the photos.We especially loved the comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen, and relaxing outdoor space. It truly felt like a home away from home. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great getaway!

We took a boat and there was plenty of room for parking. Laundry room was great. Our host Laurie responded quickly every time I reached out to her and answered all of our questions.

Great property

We had a great girls getaway. We enjoyed the pool and spa. Our host Don & Laurie were awesome and responded right away to questions we had upon arrival. The neighbor hood is very quiet and nice. Close to everything. We are definately looking forward to renting this property again in the future.

Perfect Family Get Away!

Our family had a great time! Each of us had our own bedroom and bathroom! We absolutely loved the pool and patio ☀️ Line of communication with the owner was great - answered any questions at all hours (we arrived late at night and we were first timers).

Yearly Lake Havasu vacation.

This is the first time staying in a rental. We usually stay with friends that moved here 4 years ago. This time we brought family and friends and needed a house. The accommodations here were excellent and the pool and jacuzzi are wonderful to use. Communication with the host when you are here is almost immediate. Will definitely stay here again….unless we have our own house here by then.

Laurie and Don were the perfect hosts and their home is comfortable, clean and we loved the patio

Great outdoor area

Great spot, the house was clean has 3 beds and baths, perfect for couples. Backyard was great. We had such a good time and Laurie is great at getting back to you if you have questions. Would get this spot again

Weekend Get Away

Got out of town with friends, (3 couples), and did absolutely nothing, ate good, floated in the pool, slept good, and worried about nothing. This home had all the necessities that you need, nice pool, enough kitchen items to use for making dinner, and comfortable to watch a movie!!!

Best escape from Montana cold

The family goal was to enjoy some warmer weather and a great pool. The owners of the property were extremely accommodating to ensure we had a perfect trip. The pool was exactly as listed with plenty of room to spread out on the decks. Plenty of outdoor seating. The inside had plenty of space and places to relax. We enjoyed having enough bathrooms for three girls and the available washer and dryer. I would recommend this location

Nice place, the pool is perfect. Only complaint water didn't get warm in shower. Everything else was accommodating. Owner response is quick.

It was a nice house and yard! We did not get to use as much of the amenities (pool/jacuzzi) as we wanted because we were to busy! I would rent this property again for sure!

Perfect for 6 adults

Loved the backyard, it was perfect to relax in after a long day at the lake..We had 6 adults so it is the perfect size and all couples had their own restrooms… the house has everything listed and check in/out was super easy.. the house is showing a bit of its age, a few of the kitchen cabinets wouldn’t stay closed, the master bedroom mattress is due for an upgrade but honestly the only issue we had is we needed more trash bags but easy fix, we went to the store.. Thank you again for sharing your awesome home with us.

Thank you for your 5 star review and pointing out a few cabinets not staying shut . I was there right before you and hadn’t really noticed. Will ask the handyman to check on it. The mattresses are all new perhaps it wasn’t the style of mattress you prefer. The master bedroom is low and firm so people can get in and out of it easily. And we provide a trash bag for each day our guests are there. Happy you enjoyed your stay. Have a great rest of your day .

I studied gemology at the University of South Florida now in luxury sales. Hubby is a # 1 author and older son West Point graduate now entrepreneur. Our Younger son graduated magma cum laude playing both baseball and basketball collegially

We feel you will find our property very welcoming and full of positive energy. The backyard truly is Paradise .The location is centrally located close to everything. We provide most Everything you need to relax and enjoy your time. The sunsets from our property are absolutely beautiful next to ones you would see in Greece. We are not far from anything 5 to 10 minutes wherever you need to go in the city.
