Great place

A group of 8 stayed here for Desert Storm and it was perfect! Location was close to downtown and the lake view from the top deck was great for sunrises and sunsets. 3 bedrooms and 3 baths in the main house (1 master and 1 with a bathroom entrance from the hallway) and the entrance to the 4 bedroom and bathroom (master) in the back yard, under the steps. Easy check in and check out. Plenty of parking room. House was very clean and had all the essentials we needed. Can be in the downtown within 3 minutes and London Bridge within 5-8 minutes.

Spacious Beautiful Home

It was light and beautiful inside. Very clean and inviting for the 15 that slept there. The deep pool, hot tub, and corn hole game was a hit. We would stay again for sure!

Was a wonderful place to stay. Really enjoyed the openness and design of house. Advertised as having a Casita but really was a basement bedroom ( lovely but no windows). Cleanliness-freezer had to be cleaned before we could use ( had hair in it). Minor issues. Really enjoyed this house.

Wonderful Host! Hope to stay again

We had a group of 11, two families of 5 and a grandma, and this home completely suited our needs! It was an easy drive to the lake (10 min to Windsor boat launch) and very close to Smiths grocery store and other stores & restaurants. The pool is huge! Great size for a large group. We also loved the large kitchen with plenty of dining seating. As another review mentioned, the Casita is downstairs, attached to the garage, where the ping pong table is. The host was very communicative and was quick to answer any questions or concerns. We appreciated that it was well-stocked, down to the individually wrapped soaps in each restroom. Would love to stay here again and will recommend to others headed to Havasu, too!

Needs a deep clean

The house was beautiful. Lovely lay out. Although it is advertised that it sleeps/accommodates 14, there were only 6 of us. There were no extra linen/blankets in the master bathroom as mentioned. Limited towels including in kitchen. The coffee pot is the smallest Keurig making one cup at a time (slowly I might add) which is not exactly suitable for that many people. The bedrooms and bathrooms for the most part were cleaned but the kitchen was very dirty. Every cupboard/drawer was extremely grimy with grease etc. all over handles and front faces. Two garbage bags were provided for the week? On the first night we decided to use the gas grill only to discover that the propane tank was empty and the grease trap was over flowing. Went to use the stove only to find it filthy inside with burnt cooked on food from previous guests. Not impressed. We ended up purchasing a new propane tank at our cost. Had someone from management come out and they pressure washed the grill, that is how dirty it was. Drying first load of laundry and discovering that the lint trap was so thick, I am just glad that I checked it before using it. Very hazardous. The pool was lovely except that it was difficult to get into because of the water temperature. Two of our guests used the hot tub the first night and ended up with an itchy red rash all over their bodies. One is immuno compromised so that was a bit of a concern. None of us used the hot tub for the duration of the trip due to this.

Such a cute home, not too far from the lake.

This was such a cute home, and we loved that it was not too far from the lake. We did have some issue with the plumbing and dirty bedding, and a hose that started to flood the garage. So I called the homeowner and she got right on it and had the plumber there to fix the plumbing and showers, and had the cleaners remove the bedding and bring clean ones. I also loved that there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and have fun, the lights in the pool were also a big hit.

Havasu Fun

Perfect house for a bigger group with huge open kitchen/dining/family room area. Beds were comfortable. Backyard deck provided great viewing for amazing sunsets! Pool was clean and nice after a day on the lake. Would definitely stay again!!

Magical Getaway

This was a perfect location just a few minutes from the lake. The house was spacious and fit all 14 of us comfortably. The only suggestions I have are to add some board games and more blankets. The pull out beds didn’t have blankets so we had to go buy some. Other than that, this place was amazing.
