Very private 40 Acres Property - Cozy 2 Bedroom Cottage
Located in a large wooded land, the two bedroom cabin by a scenic pond provides complete privacy yet it is close to the main road and all sorts of amenities.
Private outdoor space includes hot tub, large deck, fire pit, walking trails…..
We are 20 minutes from Barrie and 10 minutes to a large town with many choices shopping, 20 minutes to Balm beach, Wasaga beach, Mt. Saint Louis and Horseshoe Valley resort. We are right on the snowmobile trail as well.
Private outdoor space includes hot tub, large deck, fire pit, walking trails…..
